Eastern Washington: The Eagles have formally promoted running game coordinator/offensive line coach Aaron Best to head coach. Best has spent two decades with the program as a player and coach, helped EWU rank in the top 10 offensively nine times in the past 13 years, and also served as the program's academic coordinator.

Texas Tech: Offensive line coach Lee Hays will not return, per Bruce Feldman.

Indianapolis Colts: General manager Ryan Grigson has been let go. Adam Schefter was the first to report it, and the team has since announced the move. At a press conference this evening, owner Jim Irsay maintained that Chuck Pagano will remain the team's head coach in 2017 and notes that he does not believe that Peyton Manning is in the picture for their now vacant GM position.

Bob Diaco: At Nebraska, defensive coordinator Bob Diaco will make $825,000 in year one and $875,000 in year two of his contract per Omaha.com.

Northern Iowa: Offensive line coach Ben Barkema will not return to the staff source tells FootballScoop.

Auburn: Arizona State offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey will take the same post at Auburn, ESPN's Brett McMurphy reports. The Tigers have now announced the hire. More on this reuniting of mentor and protege.

Howard (FCS): Vincent Brown, who spent last season as the defensive coordinator for Bob Diaco's UConn staff, is joining Mike London at Howard as the defensive coordinator, per Adam Rittenberg.

UCLA: Per Scout, Vikings assistant offensive line coach Hank Fraley is joining the staff as offensive line coach and DeShaun Foster, who coached the running backs at Texas Tech last season, is joining the staff as running backs coach.

Cal: UCLA quarterbacks coach Marques Tuiasosopo is expected to join Justin Wilcox's staff as quarterbacks coach, per Bruin Report.
