Briar Cliff University (NAIA - Sioux City, IA): Briar Cliff is looking for a Defensive Graduate Assistant with collegiate secondary playing and/or high school/JC coaching experience. The position begins July 20th, 2017. This position includes free tuition and $5,000- 10 month stipend. The position also includes a free 10 month campus meal plan. On the field coaching position will be with the safeties. You will be responsible for your position meetings; film breakdown; special teams; recruiting; as well as other duties assigned by the head coach. Bachelor's Degree required! Candidate must be admissible into a Graduate Studies Program at Briar Cliff University. Tennessee Titans: Director of college scouting Blake Beddingfield, who has been with the team since 1999, has been let go per Ian Rapoport.

Buffalo Bills: Per Wendy Nix, the Bills have asked permission to speak with Carolina Panthers assistant GM Brandon Beane about the GM job. New head coach Sean McDermott arrived in Buffalo from Carolina.

Wisconsin: New defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard will earn $600,000 this year and $625,000, according to documents obtained by the Wisconsin State Journal. He earned $225,000 as a first-year defensive backs coach last year.

Louisiana College (D-III): Per source, defensive coordinator Justin Charles has been promoted to head coach. Charles is a former All-American defensive back for the program.

Thomas More (D-III - KY): Thomas More College has openings for 2 defensive intern coaches. Both positions will be flexible and will be determined by the experience of the applicants. Applicants with previous defensive playing or coaching experience are required. These positions will have recruiting/video responsibilities and other duties as assigned by the head coach and athletic director. Previous experience with Hudl is preferred. Bachelor degree required. Compensation includes stipend, room, and meal plan for academic year. VMI (FCS - VA): VMI is currently accepting applications for an unpaid assistant football coach. We are seeking candidates who are looking to gain experience working within a Division 1 football program. The position will coach the Tight Ends, actively recruit, and perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Qualifications: (1) Must be have completed a Bachelor’s degree program; (2) Experience competing in intercollegiate athletics or (3) experience working in a collegiate football program.This position does not provide any stipend, benefits, or housing. Minnesota Moorhead (D-II - MN): MN): Minnesota State University Moorhead, located in Moorhead, MN, is accepting applications for the position of assistant football / defensive backs coach. Special teams experience is preferred. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in directing all aspects of a highly competitive football program including compliance with NCAA DII, NSIC, and university rules and regulations. Bachelor’s degree and college coaching and recruiting experience are required. Other responsibilities may include class instruction within the College of Science, Health & the Environment, in which a master’s degree in physical education or related field is preferred, and/or administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. This is a full- time, 9-month, non-tenure appointment. The salary range is $20,000- $25,000. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Duke: David Cutcliffe has signed an extension through June 30, 2021. “Simply put, Duke University is terribly honored and very proud to have one of the truly pinnacle football coaches in the country leading the Blue Devil program into the next decade,” AD KevinWhite said. No financial terms were disclosed. 

Urbana (D-II - OH): Urbana University has an immediate need for an entry level, part-time (up to 20 hours per week) Assistant Football Coach. The position will be responsible for coaching our running backs, video editing using HUDL, recruiting, assisting with the strength and conditioning program, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. Prior college playing experience and/or experience coaching high school football would be a plus in this position. We are targeting an August 1st start date and relocation assistance will not be available for this position. Dakota College at Bottineau (JC - ND): Dakota College at Bottineau is looking for an Assistant Coach(s) also willing to work in Residence Life on campus. 10 month contract, stipend of $2,500-$3,500 plus room and board, opportunities for POSSIBLE additional PT work on campus (security, tutoring, other coaching, etc.) for additional pay. Alabama: The UA Board's compensation committee will meet on Tuesday to approve new contracts for Nick Saban, his on-field staff, Scott Cochran and new AD Greg Byrne. It'll be the first time Saban's deal has been revisited since 2014. He currently makes $6.9 million in base compensation through 2021.

Worcester State (D-III - MA): Worcester State seeks candidates for a part time offensive assistant (RBs or OL best fit). Responsibilities include coaching own position and managing a small recruiting area. Compensation is $5,000 plus half off Master's courses. Bentley University (D-II - MA): Bentley University will be hiring a Graduate Assistant and an intern position for the 2017 season. There is one defensive and one offensive position to be filled.
