USC: Offensive coordinator Tee Martin has signed a multi-year extension to remain at USC. "I'm just excited to be here at USC, where the future is so bright, and working for somebody the caliber of Clay Helton," Martin told ESPN. "There were some other opportunities, but you don't leave USC for a lateral move. I want to help us get to that next level, and everything is in place here to do that."
Baylor: Frisman Jackson has been announced as wide receivers coach. He spent 2017 coaching wideouts for the Tennessee Titans, and spent 2015-16 on Matt Rhule's staff at Temple.
Cleveland Browns: LSU running backs coach Tommy Robinson has interviewed for the Browns' running back position, per Ian Rapoport. TCU running backs coach Curtis Luper interviewed earlier this week.
Colorado State: John Jancek has been announced as Colorado State's defensive coordinator. Jancek was previously the defensive coordinator at Tennessee, and spent this season as a defensive consultant at Kentucky.
Michigan State: Co-defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Mike Tressel has been promoted to defensive coordinator, the program has announced. He has been on staff for Mark Dantonio's entire 11-year tenure in East Lansing, and has coached with Dantonio continuously since 2002.

Buffalo: Former Louisiana-Lafayette head strength coach Lewis Caralla has been named the head strength and conditioning coach at Buffalo.
Wisconsin: Paul Chryst's contract was extended through Jan. 31, 2023. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Miami Dolphins: Dowell Loggains has been hired as offensive coordinator and Jeremiah Washburn as defensive coordinator. Shawn Jefferson transitioned to assistant head coach for offense, Ben Johnson to wide receivers coach and Clyde Christensen as director of football and player development.
Ole Miss: As we alluded to earlier today, Troy assistant head coach, special teams coordinator and linebackers coach Jon Sumrall is expected to become the linebackers coach at Ole Miss. Sumrall has previously worked as the co-defensive coordinator at Tulane, where he was a finalist for the FootballScoop Defensive Line Coach of the Year, and as the defensive coordinator at San Diego. It's our understanding that the move won't become official until early next week.
BYU: Weber State secondary coach Preston Hadley has been hired as safeties coach. Hadley played his college ball at BYU.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Darryl Drake has been hired as wide receivers coach, per Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. He was previously with the Arizona Cardinals.
Tennessee Titans: Rams offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur interviewed with for the Titans' head job today.
Troy: Austin Peay assistant Sean Dawkins has been hired as running backs coach. He played for the Trojans from 2003-07.
Cal: Peter Sirmon has been announced as associate head coach and inside linebackers coach. He parted ways with Louisville earlier today.
Louisiana-Lafayette: Southeastern Louisiana head coach Ron Roberts has been hired as the Ragin' Cajuns defensive coordinator, a source tells FootballScoop. Adam Rittenberg of ESPN was first with the news.
Kent State: Georgia defensive quality control assistant Will Windham will be the inside linebackers coach at Kent State, sources tell FootballScoop.
Oakland Raiders: The NFL has announced that the Raiders complied with the Rooney Rule in their hiring of Jon Gruden as head coach.
Illinois: Rod Smith has been officially hired as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. He was previously in a similar role at Arizona. St. Louis Trinity Catholic High School head coach Cory Patterson has also been hired as tight ends.
Arizona Cardinals: The Cardinals are holding their second interview with Panthers defensive coordinator Steve Wilks today, per Jason La Canfora. Wilks also interviewed with the Tennessee Titans.
North Texas: Director of recruiting David Stenklyft will transition to a role focused on personnel and operations and UNT will hire someone else to fill the recruiting director role, according to Brett Vito of the Denton Record-Chronicle.
Auburn: AU president Steven Leath told AL.com that Gus Malzahn's 7-year, $49 million contract has not been signed and that it is "definitely not" fully guaranteed.
North Carolina: Former Heels wideout Quinshad Davis has re-joined the program as an offensive graduate assistant, working with co-offensive coordinator Gunter Brewer. UNC's all-time touchdown catches leader, Davis has worked stints with the Detroit Lions and Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Benedictine (D-III - IL): Pat McAvoy has been hired as offensive coordinator and offensive line coach.
Louisville: Peter Sirmon has stepped down as defensive coordinator. "I would like to thank Peter Sirmon for all his work this season at the University of Louisville," Bobby Petrino said in a statement. "I wish him and his family all the best."
Louisiana-Lafayette: D.J. Looney has been announced as offensive line coach. Looney spent 2017 as Mississippi State's tight ends coach, and also owns experience as a graduate assistant for Kirby Smart's first year at Georgia, as tackles and tight ends coach at Central Arkansas and as offensive line coach at East Mississippi Community College. Additionally, Effrem Reed has been hired as on-campus recruiting quality control, Nick McDonald as player personnel quality control and Eddie Gordon as director of player development and assistant strength of conditioning coach. All are former Ragin' Cajuns players.
Michigan State: Former Kent State head coach Paul Haynes will indeed join Mark Dantonio's staff reports Hondo Carpenter. Haynes was coveted by many programs this off-season, holding offers to join Cincinnati, Iowa State (and potentially others we heard as well).
Colorado: Source tells FootballScoop defensive backs coach ShaDon Brown has been promoted to defensive pass game coordinator.
Alabama: Penn State passing game coordinator/wide receivers coach Josh Gattis will join the staff as co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach, sources tell FootballScoop. Gattis had been at Penn State for four seasons and spent two seasons on James Franklin's Vanderbilt staff before that. While at Vanderbilt Gattis served as James Franklin's recruiting coordinator and he assists with special teams at Penn State.
Carolina Panthers: It was reported elsewhere that special teams coordinator Thomas McGaughey was fired, but sources tell FootballScoop that McGaughey chose to let his contract expire and has fielded multiple offers on the open market. Will update.

Incarnate Word (FCS - TX): Navarro College (JC - TX) head coach Cody Crill has accepted the offensive coordinator job at Incarnate Word, per source.
Navarro College (JC - TX): With Crill off to Incarnate Word, we are told defensive coordinator Jim Gush has been named interim head coach and is a strong candidate to be named the full-time head coach.
UTSA: Auburn offensive analyst Al Borges is expected to be UTSA's offensive coordinator, tweets Bruce Feldman. This will be the 10th FBS school in which Borges has served as offensive coordinator, including Auburn, Michigan, UCLA and Oregon. Update: The school has announced the hire.
Briar Cliff (NAIA- IA): Briar Cliff has a graduate assistant opening working with the safeties. This is a 10 month position and includes a $5000 stipend, free tuition, and meal plan. Responsibilities include running positional meetings, assisting with special teams, helping with weekly game plan, film breakdown and data entry (HUDL), recruiting, and other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach. The ideal candidate would have a minimum 1 year coaching experience or collegiate playing experience at Defensive Back. Candidates must be able to gain acceptance to graduate school, which is a 3.0 requirement. Review of candidates will begin immediately. Georgia: Former Georgia Southern head coach Tyson Summers is now officially on Georgia's staff reports Seth Emerson. We reported a few months back that Tyson was helping Kirby out. Emerson reports Summers will serve as a defensive quality control role; but notes Kirby hasn't announced the 10th assistant yet.

Purdue: Special teams coordinator/co-offensive coordinator/tight ends coach Tony Levine has resigned to pursue opportunities outside of coaching.
Alabama: As we have reported was expected, Chris Low with ESPN is now reporting Nick is making it official, Mike Locksley is being promoted to OC / QBs. A look at the Alabama staff.
Northwestern State (FCS - LA): Brad Smiley (OC) and J Pond (OL) have joined the staff from Trinity Valley CC. Alvin Slaughter has been retained as receivers coach.
Alabama: Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College defensive backs coach Stevon Moore will join the Tide staff as a defensive analyst, according to Bama Insider. Moore played under Nick Saban with the Cleveland Browns.

Seton Hill (D-II - PA): The Seton Hill University Athletic Department has a part-time 10 month intern position (paid over 12 months). The purpose of this position is to recruit, coach, and retain full roster team. Annual compensation is $11,000, incumbent will also be provided with $800 in dining hall flex annually. No housing or benefits offered. A bachelor’s degree is required, master’s preferred. Two years prior college coaching experience preferred. Defensive line experience desired and on the road recruiting experience at the college level is required. Excellent computer skills are necessary. The incumbent must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, as well as represent the University well. This individual must follow all NCAA/PSAC guidelines and have full understanding of the NCAA eligibility compliances; assist in maintaining and setting policies for student athletes, and other duties as assigned. Alma College (D-III - MI): Per source, Manchester (D-III - IN) defensive backs coach Scottie Cole has accepted a position on staff at Alma. Cole is a graduate of Alma.
Carolina Panthers: Assistant special teams coordinator Chase Blackburn has now officially been promoted to special teams coordinator. Thomas McGaughey who served in that role this season has interviewed with the Browns and is expected to meet with the Giants as well reports Joe Person.
