Assumption (D-II - MA): Andy McKenzie, the former offensive coordinator at Holy Cross (FCS - MA) has been named head coach. McKenzie served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Holy Cross from 2008-15 and spent the past few seasons as the athletic director for Gardner HS (MA).

Wilkes (D-III - PA): Hobart (D-III - NY) offensive coordinator Jon Drach has accepted the head coaching job at Wilkes. Drach spent the past 11-seasons at Hobart, including the past four seasons as offensive coordinator.

Memphis: The new five-year deal that Mike Nrovell signed earlier this off season did not change the buyout figures detailed in his original deal, according to The Commercial Appeal. Norvell would have to pay Memphis $500k if he did not fulfill the full length of the new deal that runs through the 2022 season, and the school would be on the hook for 70% of his remaining total compensation if they decided to fire him.
Montana: Brent Pease has now formally accepted Bobby Hauck's offer to return to his alma mater as receivers coach source tells FootballScoop. In addition to coaching receivers or quarterbacks, Pease has previously served as offensive coordinator at UTEP, Florida, Boise State, Baylor, Kentucky, NAU and at Montana back in the mid-90s.
Western Kentucky: Former Oregon State offensive line coach T.J. Woods will be WKU's new offensive line coach, according to Bruce Feldman and WBKO. Current offensive line coach Geoff Dartt will remain on with the program in a TBD role when he returns from brain cancer treatment.
Texas: Rashaad Samples, the former Oklahoma State and Houston wide receiver who played under Tom Herman UH, is joining the staff, per SBNation.
Chicago Bears: Donovan Raiola has been hired as an assistant offensive line coach, per multiple reports. Raiola was the offensive line coach at Aurora (D-III - IL) last season.
Austin Thomas: Ole Miss has pulled their offer to former LSU personnel man Austin Thomas reports Ben Garrett with the Ole Miss Spirit. Garrett adds he reached out to Ross Bjork for comment who offered, "Austin knew exactly the process. He committed to us, told us he was in throughout the process. Kept going back and forth. We want people who want to be at Ole Miss. If he doesn't want to be here, we don't want him here." Sources tell FootballScoop Thomas has been in communication with Texas A&M of late....
Delaware (FCS): Alex Wood has been announced as the new quarterbacks coach on Danny Rocco's staff. With the addition, offensive coordinator Matt Simon will now work wtih the running backs and Bill Polin will take over offensive line duties. Wood previously served as the head coach at Florida A&M and was also the head coach at James Madision from 1995-1998.
Louisville: Former South Carolina assistant Grady Brown is joining the Louisville staff as a defensive assistant and recruiting coordinator. Grady worked in a variety of roles at South Carolina, including secondary coach, assistant special teams coordinator, and quality control coordinator for defense.
St. John's (D-III - MN): Jim Gagliardi, who has been an assistant with the Johnnies for 26-years, is stepping down to move into a new role within the SJU athletic department. The announcement from the school states that video coordinator / receivers coach Josh Bungum (a former All-American for the Johnnies) and receivers coach Kole Heckendorf will run the offense during spring practices and that a decision on who will fill the role will be made later this spring.
UTEP: Head coach Dana Dimel has announced the final additions to the coaching staff with the additions of Josh Ogelsby (offensive quality control), Matt Rahl, (recruiting coordinator), Joe Robinson (STC), Kevin Schadt (director of strength and conditioning), and Mike Simmonds. Robinson was the special teams coordinator at Texas Tech in 2016, and prior to that was at South Carolina with Steve Spurrier for four seasons, and Simmonds joins the staff from Northern Iowa (FCS) where he was the offensive line coach / co-offensive coordinator.
Carolina Panthers: Former Lions GM Martin Mayhew, and Bills executive Lake Dawson are on the list of candidates expected to interview for the vacant GM job, PFT notes. Update:The Panthers have announced that Mayhew is interviewing today.
Montana Tech (NAIA): Montana Tech has an immediate opening for an intern coaching position (preferably defensive backs). Primary responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all phases of the football program. Other responsibilities include coaching a position group. Must be proficient in using Hudl Video Editor, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with film breakdown and data entry is a must. A monthly stipend will be provided as well as a portion of housing. This is an entry level position. College playing experience and/or previous coaching experience is preferred. Northeastern Oklahoma A&M (JC): Miami (OK) head coach Andrew Rice stepped down to become the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at NEO.
Baltimore Ravens: Owner Steve Bisciotti has announced that Ozzie Newsome will step down as GM next year, and assistant GM Eric DeCosta, who has been with the Ravens since the beginning, will take over.
Rutgers: Cardinal Mooney HS (FL) head coach Drew Lascari is stepping down from the head coaching job to join the Rutgers staff, per a tweet from Dennis Maffezzoli.
Bryant (FCS - RI): Bryant is looking to hire a part-time assistant football coach. This is a ten month position. This position is best filled by an individual with an undergraduate degree and three or more years of collegiate football experience including successful recruiting, coaching and counseling of student athletes at the Division I level. Candidate will also assist the Head Coach in developing and implementing clinic(s), summer camp(s), and on-campus tryouts. A valid driver’s license is required for travel. This position is subject to the completion of a criminal background check and division of motor vehicles check. Penn State: According to PennLive, the University and former defensive coordinator Bob Shoop have reached a confidential settlement to a lawsuit that was brought forward after Penn State contended that Shoop breached his contract after he resigned back in January of 2016 to become the defensive coordinator at Tennessee, and ten did not become a head coach within a year of doing so. Penn State's said that Shoop owed $891,856, and Shoop then counter sued for damages of about $75,000 stating that he was "compelled to leave" his employment with the Nittany Lions.
Southwest Minnesota State (D-II): Per source, Garden City (JC - KS) offensive assistant Dan McKinney has accepted a graduate assistant job on staff.
Seattle Seahawks: Per source, Garden City (JC - KS) offensive coordinator Steve Shimko has left the staff and accepted a position with the Seahawks
Grand View (NAIA - IA): Offensive coordinator Austin Flynn has been named head coach at Deer Park HS (TX).
Manchester (D-III - IN): Per source, Anderson University (D-III - IN) graduate assistant defensive backs coach Justin Thelen has accepted the defensive backs job.
New England Patriots: Late last night a report surfaced thatOhio State defensive coordinator Greg Schiano will apparently interview for the Pats’ defensive coordinator job once it becomes officially open next week. Urban has been bracing for this.
TCU: A former TCU player is suing Gary Patterson, some assistants, the AD, trainers & just about anyone else he can name…for lost wages from what he believes should have been a great NFL career. He’s most likely not going to win (I stayed at a Holiday Inn once); but if he does, look out.
Moorpark College (JC - CA): MC is seeking an offensive line coach. These position pay ranges anywhere from $6k-14k per Fall season simply based off education and experience. With also possibility of teaching football class in Spring 2019 and Summer 2019. Must be willing to start ASAP and recruit during off season. Recruiting is a MUST at this level. Want an experience OL coach who has coached or played preferably at the college level. Preferably looking for someone local in the Southern California area. Winona State (D-II - MN): Rocco DiMeco, who previously worked at Rutgers in a special teams quality control role, is now the special teams coordinator and linebackers coach at Winona State, per source.
Middle Tennessee State: Dustin Royston, who served as a graduate assistant for the program working with the defensive line last year, has been hired as the program's 10th assistant and will work as the assistant defensive line coach.
