Kansas State: Kansas State has formally announced that defensive coordinator Tom Hayes has retired, linebackers coach Blake Seiler been promoted to defensive coordinator, and Brian Norwood has been hired from Tulsa as co-defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach.
UCLA: With Hank Fraley leaving for the Lions, sources tell FootballScoop UCLA offensive assistant Ramsen Golpashin is likely to be promoted to offensive line coach. Golpashin played offensive line for Chip Kelly at Oregon.
Detroit Lions: As FootballScoop first reported Thursday, the Lions have formally announced UCLA offensive line coach Hank Fraley as assistant offensive line coach.
Indiana Wesleyan (NAIA): Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking a restricted earnings Defensive Backs coach. Cornerback experience preferred. The position will include a stipend based on experience, in addition to free housing. Juniata College (D-III - PA): Juniata College is seeking qualified applicants for a Defensive Intern level position as assistant football coach. This position will report to head football coach and duties will include coaching, recruiting, and academic monitoring. Additional duties may be assigned by the head coach or the director of athletics. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and playing experience/coaching experience at the collegiate level. Preference will be given to applicants with experience coaching or playing defensive back or linebacker at the college level and recruiting. Strong communication skills and ability to recruit high academic and quality student-athletes is a must. Experience with Hudl digital editing system is a plus. Prospective applicant’s responsibilities would include administrative duties in game week organization and preparation, video breakdown of games and practices, opponent scout, creating tendency reports and planning/conducting summer camps. Will have own on-field coaching responsibilities and recruiting area. Knowledge of and adherence to Juniata College, NCAA division III, and Centennial Conference rules and regulations are also required. This position has a starting date of immediately. UTSA: Terrell Dallas is joining the staff as offensive graduate assistant, per source. Dallas spent the past two seasons in a quality control role at Wake Forest.
South Dakota (FCS): Bemidji State defensive coordinator Rob Aurich has been hired as linebackers coach and special teams coordinator, and Eastern Oregon assistant head coach/offensive coordinator Tyler Paopao as tight ends coach.
Duke: Defensive line coach Ben Albert and safeties coach Matt Guerrieri have been elevated to co-defensive coordinators, offensive coordinator Zac Roper has been elevated from deputy head coach to associate head coach, and Derek Jones has moved from assistant head coach and corners to associate head coach for defense and defensive backs.
UNLV: San Diego defensive coordinator Steve Irvin will be UNLV's safeties coach, sources tell FootballScoop.
Rutgers: Indiana defensive backs coach Noah Joseph will join the Rutgers staff in the same capacity, multiple outlets report.
Carolina Panthers: Marty Hurney has been reinstated into his role as general manager, the club has announced. He was placed on administrative leave on Feb. 4 amid an investigation into the NFL's personal conduct policy.
Austin Peay (FCS - TN): Dallas Cowboys defensive assistant Turner West will join the staff as linebackers coach.
New Mexico: Head coach Bob Davie's 30-day suspension begins tomorrow. Defensive coordinator Kevin Cosgrove will be the Lobos' acting head coach during that time.
Michigan State: Mark Dantonio's rolling 1-year contract extension has been approved by MSU's Board of Trustees. He is now under contract through Jan. 14, 2024.
Nevada: UCLA tight ends coach Angus McClure will join the Nevada staff as offensive line coach, sources told FootballScoop. Bruce Feldman also tweeted the same.
St. Vincent (D-III - PA): Saint Vincent College seeks a part-time assistant football coach. Cornerback experience preferable. This coach will be responsible for coaching their position, film-breakdown (HUDL), scouting reports, recruiting, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. UCLA: Sources tell FootballScoop that Chip Kelly is hiring Washington State inside receivers coach Derek Sage. Prior to joining the Wazzu staff, Sage coached three seasons coaching the receivers at Toledo and prior to that was at Wyoming working with the receivers.
Samford (FCS - AL): Per source, Samford has hired Tulane offensive analyst Derrick Sherman as their new wide receivers coach, and offensive coordinator Russ Callaway will move from wide receivers to quarterbacks.
Coastal Carolina: TJ Hollowell has joined the staff as the 10th assistant and will coach the defensive line along with special teams responsibilities. Hollowell spent two seasons as the defensive coordinator at Santa Margarita HS (CA), and prior to that he worked with the linebackers at Youngstown State (FCS - OH).
Hampton (FCS - VA): Scot McConnell has been hired to coach the tight ends. McConnell coached the past few seasons at The Apprentice School (D-III - VA) as the defensive coordinator.
Tampa Bay Bucs: Former Cardinals defensive line coach Brentson Buckner has interviewed for the defensive line job, per multiple reports.
Utah: Chad Bumphis, who worked as an offensive graduate assistant working with the wide receivers at Buffalo last season, is joining the Utah staff as a graduate assistant, per source.
Franklin (D-III - IN): Per source, Bud Boughton is joining the staff as assistant offensive line coach / team chaplain. Boughton previously worked in a similar role with the program from 2005-07.
Rice: Scott Vestal, retained from the previous staff as safeties coach, will coach the linebackers for the Owls moving forward, per source.
Indianapolis Colts: The Colts are hiring Patriots assistant special teams coordinator Ray Ventrone to coach their special teams, according to Alex Marvez.
Indiana Wesleyan (NAIA): Kyle Buresh has joined the staff as pass game coordinator / wide receivers coach after serving as the quarterbacks and wide receivers coach the last two seasons at Dakota Wesleyan (NAIA - SD).
Occidental (D-III - CA): Occidental has hired Cal Poly (FCS - San Luis Obispo, CA) tight ends / fullbacks coach Eric Coleman as their offensive coordinator, per source.

Savannah State (FCS): Shawn Quinn has been announced as the team's new defensive coordinator. Quinn spent last season in a defensive analyst role at The Citadel and prior to that was the assistant head coach / defensive coordinator / linebackers coach at Tennessee Tech (FCS) for two seasons.
Boise State: Boise State has hired Jeff Popovich as cornerbacks coach. He spent the past two seasons with the Indianapolis Colts.
Texas: Tom Herman has finished shuffling his offensive staff by moving Corby Meekins, previously the tight ends coach, to wide receivers, where he will work with existing wide receivers coach Drew Mehringer in addition to taking on additional special teams duties. To recap, 10th assistant Herb Hand will coach the offensive line while previous offensive line coach Derek Warehime will take over tight ends.
Rice: Mike Bloomgren has formally announced the additions of Bill Best (TEs) and Cedric Calhoun (DL). Best coached the last four seasons at Stephen F. Austin (FCS – TX) as the offensive line coach / run game coordinator while Calhoun spent the last two seasons in a defensive quality control role at Vanderbilt.
