Westside (SC): Rick Scott has been promoted to offensive coordinator. Scott spent the past five seasons at Spartanburg HS (SC).
Blue Ridge (SC): Westside (SC) offensive coordinator James Thurn is the new head coach.

Dougherty (CA): Nick Tisa has announced his resignation after eight total years on staff, and five as head coach.
Foothill (CA): Matt Sweeney has stepped down from the head coaching job after 31 years coaching.
Campbell (NH): Greg Gush has resigned from the head coaching job, just over a month after leading the team to the Division III title.
Whitney (CA): Per source, former James Logan HS (CA) head coach Zachary McNally has been tabbed to lead the program.
Omaha Central (NE): Jay Landstrom has been chosen as the new head coach at Omaha Central. Landstrom has been on staff since 2006.
Alabama: The following jobs have opened in Alabama, per sources; Smiths Station, Mary Montgomery, Florence, Minor, Bessemer City, Ardmore, Eufaula, Danville, Oneonta, Priceville, Elmore County, Houston Academy, Winston County, Barbour County, Chicasaw, Ragland, Northside Methodist.
Mahomet-Seymour (IL): Mahomet-Seymour High School in central Illinois is seeking assistant football coaches, particularly a defensive coordinator, but will consider other fits into our staff. Current teaching positions available for fall 2018 are in math, but other positions may become available later in the spring. Mahomet-Seymour consistently has a winning tradition and makes the play-offs each season. We are looking for candidates to help us take the next step. Cape Coral (FL): Head coach Larry Geary has resigned.
Revere (OH): Strongsville HS (OH) offensive coordinator John Boyeas has been hired as the new head coach.
South Jones (Ellisville, MS): Cory Reynolds, who has been the head coach for the past four years, has decided to return to Petal HS (MS) as offensive coordinator.
Kennesaw Mountain (GA):Kennesaw Mountain High School is looking for a game for the 2018 season as well as 2019. The exact dates are 8/31/2018 and 9/6/2019. Willison (TX): Williston Middle High School is looking to hire an assistant football coach (position to match the best fit for the program) that is also qualified to coach another sport. Lansing Sexton (MI): Dan Boggan, the winningest head coach in school history, is stepping down to focus on his role as the athletic director.
Dorsey (CA): Charles Mincy will not return as head coach.
North Paulding (GA): Jim Bob Bryant of Freedom HS (Morganton, NC) is stepping down to become the head coach at North Paulding.
Monahans (TX): Mickey Owens is retiring from the head coaching post.
IMG Academy (FL): Offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Nate Costa has left the staff to be an offensive analyst at UCLA, according to a tweet from Bruce Feldman.
Tolleson Union (AZ): Tolleson Union HS has openings for all levels in our program. There is possibly a varsity coordinator position for right person with experience. We are looking for detail oriented coaches who are also willing to contribute during the offseason, spring and summer workouts. TUHS is also looking for coaches who are certified teachers, we will not have a PE opening. To be considered for teaching positions you must be certified and highly qualified for the subject. Allen East (Harrod, OH): Wes Schroeder has been hired to lead the program. Schroeder was previously an assistant at Olentangy Liberty HS (OH).
Johnsonville (SC): South Carolina Hall of Fame coach Lewis Lineberger has retired after 41 years of coaching at Johnsonville and Hartsville HS (SC).
North Platte (NE): Bernie Madison has stepped down from the head coaching job.
Elmwood-Murdock (NE): Longtime head coach Leigh Schmale announced earlier this week that he intends to retire at the end of the school year. Schmale put together a 172-82 record in 26 years at the school.
Mission College Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA):Mission College Prep in San Luis Obispo, CA is looking for two games to complete their 2018 schedule. Week 2 (Aug 31) and Week 3 (Sept 7). We need one home more game and are willing to travel for the other week. Willing to sign a one year or a two year contract.
