Central Missouri (D-II): The University of Central Missouri is seeking a qualified candidate for the Football Operations/Video Coordinator – Graduate Assistant position. This position will assist in the day to day administrative duties for the football program. Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2.75 GPA), preferably in sports management, marketing, public relations or business, from an accredited institution.
Must qualify for and be accepted into a graduate program within the University of Central Missouri. Preferred: Experience in an athletics-related field. Preferably experience in college or professional football, but not required. Knowledge, Skills, Ability: Excellent written and oral skills; Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once; Proficiency in many computer systems such as but not limited to all Microsoft systems, Photoshop, and Adobe; Extensive knowledge and ability to use social media and new multimedia technologies such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter; Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively; Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail ; Ability to manage time well and prioritize tasks. Essential Functions: Supervises team film/video (HUDL) duties. Assist and train student filmers; Ability to arrange travel plans for a large party, including securing hotel and travel reservations, arranging meals, and organizing meeting spaces; Responsible for Mules Football Social Media. Use social media and new multimedia technologies such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for Mule football program; Stays abreast of NCAA, MIAA, and University rules and regulations pertaining to initial eligibility and recruitment and use of social media; Assists with coordination of activities associated with sports camps, clinics, tours, including producing recruitment printed materials; Assists in the design and distribution of mail-outs to prospective athletes or other interested persons regarding the University’s football program; Performs other related duties as assigned by Head Coach.
