South Carolina: Shane Beamer will interview for the South Carolina head job, ESPN reports. A former South Carolina assistant, Beamer is now Oklahoma's assistant head coach for offense. OU was supposed to trip to West Virginia on Saturday but that game has been pushed to Dec. 12.
Ohio State-Illinois: Saturday's game in Champaign is in jeopardy due to a number of Ohio State positives, per Bucknuts. If canceled, Ohio State would be at the limit of allowable games to qualify for the Big Ten Championship.
Dallas Cowboys: Strength and conditioning coordinator Markus Paul has passed away, the Cowboys announced. Paul, 54, was rushed from the team facility to the hospital on Tuesday. More here.
