Carolina Panthers: Cade McCloughan has moved from west coast to southwest area scout, Gabby Weinrich has been hired as a scouting assistant, Adam Maxie has left the Raiders to become a pro scout.
Minnesota Vikings: Brian Schnorr has joined the team as a scouting associate, per Neil Stratton. He spent last season as a recruiting assistant on Matt Rhule's Nebraska staff and preciously worked in personnel at Florida State and UCF.
Baltimore Ravens: Travis Hawkins has been elevated fro scout to pro scout. He joined the Ravens organization three years ago.
Minnesota Vikings: After a year as senior assistant director of pro personnel, Sam DeLuca has been promoted to director of pro personnel, per Neil Stratton.
