"Tush-Push": The most controversial play in football is reportedly set for new language in the rule that will make it must more difficult to execute.

Stetson (FCS - FL): Adam Shaker, who recently served as the offensive coordinator at Catholic University (D-III - MA) is taking the inside receivers / tight ends job at Stetson, per source. From 2020-24, Shaker served as an offensive quality control coach at Mississippi State, where he worked closely with the receivers.

Northeastern State (D-II - OK): Northeastern State University is seeking to hire a WR Graduate Assistant Coach. Candidates will work directly with Head Coach / Offensive Coordinator Darrin Chiaverini. Candidates must have a passion for working with student athletes. Job responsibilities include handling and teaching your room. On field drill work during Indy drills. Off field Hudl upload of practice film. Must be ready to report August 3rd for Fall Camp. Tennessee Tech (FCS): Tyler Harman, who spent last season at North Carolina as a player personnel analyst and advanced scout, has joined the staff as running backs coach.

Princeton (FCS - NJ): The Princeton University Football program is looking to fill an Offensive Quality Control position. Strongest consideration will be given to candidates who are proficient in XOS, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Excel. The position will be responsible for a range of tasks, including assisting the offensive staff with opponent breakdowns, self-scout, playbook creation, and video coordination. The position will also assist the Head Coach and/or DFO with administrative tasks as assigned. This is a paid position with no housing or benefits provided. Buffalo State (DIII – NY): Buffalo State University located in Buffalo, NY is looking to hire a Graduate Assistant Coach on the offensive side of the ball to coach WR’s. The Coach will have the responsibility of coaching their own position group, assisting the offensive staff and head coach in all facets of the program, as well as recruiting responsibilities. Avila (NAIA - MO): Avila University located in Kansas City, has an immediate opening for an Offensive Graduate Assistant working with the Tight Ends (Must get accepted into GRAD School), perfect for a young coach. This position will include a tuition wavier, monthly stipend, and housing. Responsibilities will include coaching the Tight End position group, position meetings, special teams responsibilities, film breakdown, as well as all things that go along with coaching; recruiting; organize official and unofficial visits; assist with practice, game preparations, planning of travel itineraries; assist the head coach in all phases of student-athlete mentoring, fundraising, game management, scheduling and any other duties assigned by the Head Coach or Offensive Coordinator. Central Michigan: Big news to share from last night, as sources tell FootballScoop that Jim McElwain and the Chippewas have made significant changes to the staff just weeks before the season opener.

Edward Waters (D-II - FL): Per source, Edward Waters University has hired Devin Wilson as the wide receivers coach and Tee Mitchell as the safeties / defensive pass game coordinator.

Luther (D-III - IA): Luther College is seeking applicants for a defensive intern. Coach will be responsible for coaching their own position group and assisting the coordinator and head coach in all areas of the program. The stipend pays up to $1,000 per month and includes affordable housing. Please submit resume and cover letter to Coach Troche at football@luther.edu.

Avila (NAIA - MO): Avila University located in Kansas City, has an immediate opening for a restricted earnings position, coaching the Defensive Backs. Though the position does not include benefits or grad school, there is a meal plan included & potential for housing. The position will pay around $10,000, perfect for a young coach. This position includes coaching corners or safety’s on the field, position meetings, as well as all things that go along with coaching; recruiting; organize official and unofficial visits; assist with practice, game preparations, and planning of travel itineraries; assist the head coach in all phases of student-athlete mentoring, fundraising, game management and scheduling and any other duties assigned by the Head Coach or Defensive Coordinator. Carroll College (NAIA - MT): Carroll College has an opening for a defensive assistant. The right candidate will be able to run their own position room as well as handle their own recruiting area. Western Illinois (FCS): Western Illinois invites applications for the position of Graduate Assistant for Football (best positional fit) within the department of Athletics with potential Video Coordinator responsibilities.. This pre-professional, 10-month position includes a tuition waiver and a monthly stipend. The successful applicant must have at least a 3.0 undergraduate GPA. The anticipated start date is ASAP. Contra Costa (JC - CA): Contra Costa College for a quarterbacks coach. Must have 3 years of experience coaching Quarterbacks. College experience preferred but not mandatory.
