Dallas Cowboys: In addition to an interview with Robert Saleh later this week, the team has also requested to speak with Seattle assistant head coach Leslie Frazier, per multiple reports. Frazier is the former head coach of the Vikings and a veteran NFL defensive coordinator.

Shrine Bowl: The two head coaches for the Shrine Bowl will be Marquice Williams (Falcons STC) and Shane Bowen (Giants DC). Williams will coach the East Team while Bowen will have the West.

Coastal Carolina: Per The Athletic, Kansas director of scouting Scott Aligo is expected to become the GM for the Chanticleers.

Utah State: With six following him from New Mexico and plenty of folks he's worked with before, Bronco Mendenhall has completed his coaching staff.

Augustana (D-II - SD): Augustana is seeking qualified applicants for an Assistant Football Coach/Offensive Coordinator. The Assistant Coach provides administrative, instructional, academic, and recruiting support services under the direction and supervision of the Head Coach. This position is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the sport program as well as possible additional responsibilities as assigned within the athletic department. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Football Coaching experience. Preferred Qualifications: Previous high school or college coaching experience. Preferred master’s degree. West Texas (D-II): Justin Richter, who spent the last two seasons as co-special teams coordinator and defensive backs coach for the program, has been elevated to defensive coordinator.

Tennessee Tech (FCS - TN): Tennessee Tech University has an opening for a Director of Creative Content position. This position includes a $1,000 monthly stipend; there is NO housing OR benefits with occasional meals and potential to earn camp money. The Ideal candidates must be highly organized, proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and other computer and video editing skills. Atlanta Falcons: Former Jets interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich has interviewed for the defensive coordinator job.

Tulane: Evan McKissack (run game coordinator / OL) and Johnathan Galante (STC) have both formally joined the staff.

Las Vegas Raiders: Giants assistant GM Brandon Brown has received a request to interview for the GM job in Vegas, per Jonathan Jones.

Colorado State: ESPN shares the Rams are expected to add Grant Chesnut as the team's new tight ends coach. Chesnut spent last season at Western Kentucky in an analyst role and has offensive coordinator experience at Navy and Kennesaw State.

North Carolina: Bill Belichick is adding a veteran SEC offensive line coach to his staff, as well as longtime NFL special teams coach Mike Priefer.

Central Michigan: Kansas Wesleyan (NAIA) defensive run game coordinator Nolan Jones has joined the program as a defensive assistant.

Newberry (D-II - SC): We shared a few days back that Tusculum (D-II - TN) receivers coach / pass game coordinator Cole Watson was set to become the new offensive coordinator. Today that move became official.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Head coaching candidate Liam Coen, the offensive coordinator for the Bucs, has his interview with the Jags today, per Peter Schrager.

Oregon State: Kharyee Marshall has accepted the edges job with the Beavers.

Crown (D-III - MN): Crown College has an immediate opening for a stipend Defensive coaching position (Preferably DBs). Applicants must have a strong Christian faith and work within Crown College’s Christian mission. The position will have their own recruiting area and will be responsible for coaching and managing their own position. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to film breakdown and data entry, recruiting, running positional meetings, assisting with game preparation, and other duties assigned by the head coach. This is a stipend position based on experience, housing is available, and some meals. Fort Lewis College (D-II - CO): Fort Lewis College is seeking one offensive and one defensive intern for the 2025 season. This is a VOLUNTEER position. Duties include: assisting with a position group, film breakdown, on-campus recruiting and playbook maintenance as well as other duties as assigned. College Football Hall of Fame: Nick Saban was announced as a 2025 College Football Hall of Fame inductee on Friday. Joining him in the 2025 class: his longtime adversary Urban Meyer.

Tulane: Bryan Berezowitz, a former Kentucky player who has spent the past seven years on the staff, most recently as quality control / defensive analyst, has accepted a safeties analyst job with the Green Wave.

Oklahoma State: Mike Gundy and the Cowboys have formally announced the addition of several assistants, all of which we've previously covered. On offense, there is Cooper Bassett (OL) and Andrew Mitchell (OL), Kevin Johns (QBs), Cory Patterson (RBs), DJ Tialavea (TEs), and Theron Aych (WRs) as well as Doug Meacham (OC / inside WRs). Defensively they've added Todd Grantham (DC / OLBs), Greg Brown (safeties), Kap Dede (LBs), Jules Montinar (CBs), and Ryan Osborn (DL). Also, Sean Snyder returns to run the special teams along with Joe Foteh, senior special teams analyst.

Atlanta Falcons: Longtime NFL assistant Steve Wilks is interviewing for the defensive coordinator opening next week, Jeremy Fowler shares.

Georgetown (NAIA - KY): Caleb Corrill, who spent last season as the offensive coordinator at St. Thomas (FCS - MN) after previously calling record setting offenses at Mount St. Joe (D-III - OH), has accepted the offensive coordinator job.

New York Giants: After a disappointing season, the Giants are making some changes to their defensive staff.

Andrew College (JC - GA): Per source, defensive coordinator MaLeik Gatewood has resigned to explore other opportunities. Gatewood is a former Tennessee player who had two years of graduate assistant experience with the Vols and also spent two seasons in the NFL as a defensive assistant with the Giants. 

Tennessee Titans: GM candidate and Chiefs assistant GM Mike Borgonzi has completed his interview with the organization.

New York Jets: The team has completed their head coaching interview with Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph.

Eastern Illinois (FCS): Mason Keeler, who spent time coaching in Europe after working as a special teams quality control coach for EIU and worked with special teams / safeties at McKendree (D-II - IL), has joined the staff as tight ends coach. With his hire, Cole Hoover will slide over to offensive line coach for the Panthers.

Winona State (D-II - MN): Winona State University is looking to hire a Defensive Assistant Coach, position flexible, with the opportunity to coach your own position and recruit your own area. This is a restricted earnings position providing $10,000 per year plus camps, partial tuition waiver, and reduced housing. Review of this position will occur immediately. Chicago Bears: Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith has completed his interview.

Cleveland Browns: The organization has formally announced the appointment of Tommy Rees as offensive coordinator.

Dallas Cowboys: The Cowboys search is being singularly run by Jerry Jones, NFL Network reports. What could go wrong

Tennessee: Defensive coordinator Tim Banks and the Vols are reportedly finalizing a contract extension.

Temple: Miami (OH) receivers coach Roy Roundtree has accepted the receivers job with the Owls. Roundtree has previous stops at McNeese State (FCS) and Grand Valley State (D-II - MI) in the same capacity.

Colorado: George Helow has stepped in as defensive ends / outside linebackers coach after serving as a defensive analyst last year, and Gunnar White and George Hegamin will serve as co-assistant offensive line coaches, per Scott Procter.

Dallas Cowboys: In the first known interview request since parting ways with Mike McCarthy, the Cowboys are expected to interview former Jets head coach Robert Saleh, per multiple reports.

Hampden Sydney (D-III - VA): Per source, former Howard and Virginia State (D-II) receiver Tayshaun Porter has been named receivers coach.

Buffalo: After an impressive 9-win first season at the helm, sources share that Pete Lembo is beginning to retool his staff.

Central Methodist (NAIA - MO): Former Nebraska-Kearney (D-II) linebackers coach / special teams coordinator Jesse Ornelas is the new defensive coordinator.

Otterbein (D-III - OH): Denison (D-III - OH) safeties coach Jaymar Hines has accepted the defensive coordinator post.

Washington: After three seasons on the USC staff as an analyst, multiple reports share Taylor Mays is leaving to become the new safeties coach at Washington.

Kansas: Former Jayhawks head coach David Beaty is back in Texas high school football.

Edinboro (D-II - PA): New Haven (D-II - CT) defensive coordinator Matthew Scott has accepted the head coaching job.

Missouri Valley (NAIA): Jack Goulet, who spent last season at Otterbein (D-III - OH) as co-offensive coordinator, has accepted the offensive coordinator job.

Minnesota-Duluth (D-II): The University of Minnesota Duluth is seeking a Defensive Assistant working with the Secondary. Prior coaching/playing experience with the secondary is preferred. Illinois Wesleyan (D-III): Elmhurst (D-III - IL) head coach Mike Murray has resigned to become the Titans new defensive coordinator.

Idaho (FCS): After two seasons as an offensive quality control coach at Tulsa, Lance Dunbar is the new running backs coach for the Vandals.

Chicago Bears: Former Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy will interview with the Bears today, per multiple reports.

Clemson: Former Tigers offensive lineman Mason Johnstone, who has some experience as a scouting analyst with The Draft Network, is now working in a recruiting assistant role with the program.

Idaho (FCS): Tevita Finau has joined the staff as defensive line coach.

Arthur Smith: Dianna Russini shares that the Steelers offensive coordinator will meet with the Bears and Jets regarding their head coaching jobs over the next few days.

Worcester State (D-III - MA): Worcester State is currently accepting applications for part-time positions on both sides of the ball. Responsibilities will include coaching your own position, film breakdown, recruiting, and more. Looking for best situational fit – positions are flexible to fit need, and there is potential for coordinator responsibilities. Tulsa: Erryn Love is joining the program as director of on-campus recruiting / admin assistant, per CBS Sports. She previously worked at Tennessee and was also director of on-campus recruiting at North Carolina.

Fresno State: DelVon Hardaway, a grad assistant for the Bulldogs this past season, is expected to be the new receivers coach, per CBS Sports.

Saint Vincent (D-III - PA): Former The College of New Jersey (D-III) head coach Casey Goff has been hired as the new head coach. Goff, who also had a stop as the head coach at Defiance College (D-III - OH), resigned at TCNJ back in early July of 2024, and landed briefly at Brooke County HS (WV) as the head coach before resigning in mid-November.

South Dakota State (FCS): Sam Houston offensive line coach Mike Bangston has been named offensive line coach at SDSU.

Union (D-III - NY): Union College is currently seeking a full-time position coach on the offensive side of the ball. Preference will be given to those who possess experience working with the offensive line. This is a twelve-month benefited position with some small athletic department responsibilities. Coastal Carolina: Sources share some of the pieces that are coming together

Michigan State: Special teams quality control coach Joe Begnal has become the latest support staff member in East Lansing to get a promotion, as sources share he has been elevated to assistant special teams coordinator.

Colorado: Deion Sanders is promoting Michael Pollock from an offensive analyst role to special teams coordinator. 

Transfer Portal: FBS head coaches at the AFCA convention unanimously approved an overhaul to the transfer portal calendar. What do they want, and what happens now?

Pasadena City College (JC - CA): Pasadena City College is seeking an experienced offensive assistant football coach (any offensive position). This position includes a monthly stipend and athletic classes as an adjunct instructor. Bachelors Degree and 2 years experience or Associates Degree and 6 years experience is required. They will also work directly with the Offensive Line position group in practices and meetings. This position pays $1,000 per month, and housing is not included. Dean College (D-III - MA): Dean College Football is currently seeking two full-time coaches, one on each side of the ball. These are 12 month, salary/benefited jobs. All Positions will be considered, looking for best fit. For the right candidates, Special Teams Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator possible. Minimum qualifications include Bachelor’s degree and successful coaching, playing, and/or teaching experience. Duties include: coaching your own room, recruiting a designated area, film breakdown, assist coordinators with gameplans and practice plans, and anything else assigned by the Head Coach.
