Jim Harbaugh: The leader of the Chargers shared on the Pat McAfee show yesterday that he believes his defensive coordinator, Jesse Minter, will be head coach in the NFL next year. Minter's defense in LA is leading the league in points per allowed per game in his first season calling an NFL defense.
