TCU: Former Texas Tech linebackers coach Josh Bookbinder is joining the staff as a defensive assistant, sources confirm to FootballScoop. CBS first reported the move. 

James Madison: Bob Chesney is bringing in a top FCS coordinator to bolster his defensive staff, sources tell FootballScoop.

Notre Dame: The hire of Ja'Juan Seider as associate head coach and running backs coach is now official.

UTEP: After losing their defensive coordinator to the NFL, UTEP is reportedly filling their defensive coordinator job with a top FCS coordinator.

Washington Commanders: The Commanders have hired Brian Schneider as assistant special teams coordinator and the grandson of the most famous coach of all-time as an offensive quality control

Detroit Lions: Dan Campbell has announced his finalized coaching staff after several of his assistants from last year's best finish in franchise history left for jobs elsewhere. The new Lions staff, which we've covered piece by piece over the last few weeks, will consist of John Morton (OC), Tashard Choice (RBs), Bruce Gradkowski (offensive assistant), Justin Mesa (offensive quality control coach), Tyle Roehl (TEs), David Shaw (passing game coordinator), Marques Tuiasosopo (offensive assistant) while Scottie Montgomery (AHC / WRs), Mark Brunell (QBs), Hank Fraley (OL / RGC), Steve Oliver (assistant OL) and Sean Ryan (assistant TEs) all return, many in new roles. On defense, they'll have Kelvin Sheppard (DC), Caleb Collins (defensive assistant), August Mangin (defensive assistant), Kacy Rogers (DL / RGC), David Corrao (senior defensive assistant / OLBs), Shaun Dion Hamilton (LBs), Jim O'Neil (safeties), Dre Thompson (defensive quality control), and Deshea Townsend (DBs / PGC). The special teams staff will consist of Dave Fipp (STC), Jett Modkins (assistant ST) while Mark Clark (director of sports performance), Jill Costanza (director of sports science), Josh Schuler (S&C coach), and Corey Smith (assistant S&C) round out the support staff.

Westminster (D-III - MO): Westminster College in Fulton, MO is seeking an offensive line coach to join our staff. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities include coaching the offensive line, assisting with game planning and recruiting, supporting student-athlete development, and other duties assigned by the head coach and offensive coordinator. Ideal candidates have prior coaching experience, strong knowledge of offensive line play, and excellent leadership skills. East Carolina: The school and offensive coordinator John David Baker have agreed to terms on a contract extension, per CBS Sports.

Seattle Seahawks: Veteran NFL assistant Rick Dennison is joining the staff as run game coordinator and senior offensive advisor, per Tom Pelissero.

Washington Commanders: Jesse Madden, the grandson of iconic former Raiders head coach John Madden, has been named a quality control coach after his recent graduation from Michigan, and former 49ers special teams coordinator Brian Schneider is the new assistant special teams coordinator.

New Orleans Saints: TJ Paganetti, who was with the Eagles last season as a run game specialist / assistant offensive line coach, is joining Kellen Moore in New Orleans, per Nick Underhill.

Briar Cliff (NAIA - IA): Briar Cliff is seeking a full-time offensive line coach & recruiting coordinator. This position is responsible for coaching the offensive line, assisting the offensive coordinator, handling recruiting coordinator responsibilities, along with any other duties assigned by the Head Coach. Boston College: The Athletic shares Ryan Fink, who previously worked with Bill O'Brien at Alabama, is expected the join the staff as assistant offensive line coach.

Sul Ross (D-II - TX): SRSU seeks to hire defensive/offensive graduate assistants. Responsibilities will include coaching or assisting with a position group, video coordination, equipment, film breakdown, scouting reports/breakdowns, practice organization, recruiting area, student-athlete development, and other duties the Head Football Coach and the Defensive Coordinator assign. Experience with Photoshop, Visio, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Hudl, and Arms will have priority consideration. This position will cover housing, meals, and 1k a month for tuition costs. Bethel (NAIA - TN): Adam Frey has joined the staff as running backs coach. He joins the staff after coaching running backs at Illinois College (D-III) with new Bethel offensive coordinator Drew Chance. Also joining the staff from Illinois College (D-III) is Mike Solerno, who will work with the receivers and serve as special teams coordinator.

Western Illinois (FCS): Western Illinois has openings for Special Teams QC and Offensive QC positions. These are strictly VOLUNTEER positions; there is NO compensation, housing OR benefits with occasional meals. There are multiple previous Quality Control coaches on full time NCAA staffs. Ideal candidates must be highly organized, proficient in DVsport, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and other computer skills. Previous experience coaching or playing is preferred. Shorter (D-II – GA): Shorter University is seeking applicants for a Defensive Line graduate assistant coach. Responsibilities include coaching a position, managing a recruiting territory, coordinating on-campus visits, Hudl video, scouting reports / breakdowns and other duties assigned by the head coach and defensive coordinator. Experience playing or coaching at the college level is preferred. Position includes 100% tuition waiver for the Master’s program of your choosing (which is an exclusively online program), and a full meal plan. There is no stipend for this position. There will be the opportunity for additional income available. On campus housing is not available. Admission to the Shorter University Graduate School (minimum GPA of 2.5) is required. East Tennessee State (FCS): Jamere Hogue, who spent the past two seasons at McNeese State (FCS - LA) coaching the defensive line, has joined the ETSU staff in the same capacity.

New Orleans Saints: After a season with the Giants, longtime Saints running backs coach Joel Thomas is returning to New Orleans to join Kellen Moore's staff,  per NFL Network. Also, NFL Network shares Scott Tolzien is joining the staff as quarterbacks coach after the former NFL quarterback previously worked with Moore in Dallas.

Clarion (D-II - PA): Clarion is seeking applicants for a graduate assistant working with the defensive line. Duties will include coaching the designated position group, film editing/breakdown (HUDL), special projects by Defensive Coordinator, recruiting a specific geographic area, academic monitoring, and other duties assigned by the head football coach. Youngstown State (FCS - OH): Justin Heacock has accepted the running backs job. He spent the past three seasons on staff at Toledo as a graduate assistant.

Augustana (D-II - SD): After a season coaching the running backs at San Diego (FCS), Andrew Loudenback has accepted the offensive coordinator job.

Elon (FCS - TN): Casey Vance, who has spent the last two seasons coaching the linebackers and added the run game coordinator title last season, has been elevated to defensive coordinator.

Bentley (D-II - MA): Per source, former Rhode Island (FCS) tight ends coach Adam Griggs has landed on staff at Bentley where he will coach the offensive line coach and serve as associate head coach.

Notre Dame: After losing assistant receivers coach Michael Bearden to the Browns, sources tell FootballScoop the Irish have found their replacement.

Concord (D-II - WV): Head coach Cody Edwards has announced a number of staff additions, including two coaches joining him from Western Carolina (FCS) including quality control coach Ethan Harris who will call the defense and serve as defensive backs coach and quality control coach Dane Johnson who will lead the defensive line. Also joining the staff are West Virginia Wesleyan (D-II) offensive coordinator Justin Zimmerman (OC), Princeton HS (WV) offensive coordinator Chris Belcher (TEs), and Auburn quality control coach Peyton Cox (OL).

Georgia Military (JC): Source tells FootballScoop Georgia Military College is promoting Joseph Eaglin to interim defensive coordinator.

Briar Cliff (NAIA - IA): Briar Cliff is seeking a graduate assistant to coach on offense. This position is responsible for developing our student-athletes on and off the field, coaching your own position group, assisting with special teams, and having your own recruiting area. Must be accepted into one of our graduate programs (3.0 minimum GPA). The compensation package includes a $5,000 stipend, full tuition waiver, and potential additional camp money. Howard (FCS - DC): Sources tell FootballScoop Brett Kean is headed to Howard as the new quarterbacks coach.

Valdosta State (D-II - GA): Valdosta is adding Tyson Kee as defensive backs coach source tells FootballScoop.

East Central (JC - MS): East Central Community College, Decatur, MS is seeking applications to fill a restricted earnings wide receiver coach position. Candidate will be responsible for coaching his own position and other duties on campus as assigned by Head Coach. This is a 10-month position that includes Free housing and free meals. Bethel (NAIA - TN): Illinois College (D-III) offensive coordinator Drew Chance, the FootballScoop Division III Coordinator of the Year this past season, has accepted the assistant head coach / offensive coordinator job at Bethel.

Virginia Tech: Brent Pry and the Hokies are hiring a former Big 12 director of player personnel to a top personnel spot, sources share.

Lawrence Tech (NAIA - MI): Head coach Scott Merchant has stepped down after one season and offensive coordinator Oscar Olejniczak has been tabbed as the new leader of the program. Olejniczak has previous experience at Michigan State, Wayne State and Campbell (FCS - NC) as well as a Michigan high school football coach at UD-Jesuit (MI) and Royal Oak Shrine (MI).
