Ball Tonight: One college game on tap tonight as Louisville welcomes Murray State (FCS) for a 7:30p EST kickoff on ACC Network and the NFL's slate for Thursday Night Football features the Lions at Chiefs at 8:20 on NBC.

North Carolina: Mack Brown ripped the NCAA in a scathing statement after the organization ruled wide receiver Tez Walker ineligible to play this season. "Shame on you, NCAA."

On the Line: Previewing everything that's up for grabs this weekend, starting with Texas-Alabama.

Princeton (FCS - NJ): The Tigers have added an offensive staffer with Pac-12 and Mountain West ties.

Coaching Salaries: A new report says college football coaching salaries are on pace to outspend all monies for student-athlete scholarships & medical care, with forecasts above $1 billion on coaches' pay.

Webber International (NAIA - FL): Webber International is looking for games for the 2024 and 2025 season. Open dates in 2024 are 8/24, 9/7, & 9/14 with corresponding dates in 2025 8/23, 9/6, & 9/13. Mainly looking for Home and Home deal with NAIA or D3 opponents in the Southeast region but will consider other options. Can also pay a guarantee for home games with 1 or 2 year deal.
