Butler (FCS): Kevin Lynch, who served as the offensive play caller at Ball State last year in addition to titles as assistant head coach and quarterbacks coach, has been announced as the new head coach. Lynch is the son of former Butler head coach Bill Lynch, who led the Bulldogs to 36 wins over five seasons before later serving as the head coach at Indiana, Ball State and DePauw (D-III - IN).
North Carolina: The term sheet for GM Mike Lombardi provides for 5-years with pay "not to exceed $1.5 million."
Jones College (JC - MS): Lytrel Pollard, who stepped in as interim head coach for the last two games of the season, has been announced as the new head coach. He previously spent six seasons on staff as defensive coordinator after 26 seasons in the coaching profession.
Northern Iowa (FCS): Nate Thompson has joined the staff as offensive coordinator after spending last season as the offensive line coach / run game coordinator at Drake (FCS - IA) under new UNI head coach Todd Stepsis.
NC State: Assistant director of player personnel Quint Cunningham will not return after four seasons with the program.
SMU: Defensive coordinator and Broyles Award semi-finalist Scott Symons has agreed to a multi-year extension at SMU after leading the team to a top 30 defense in scoring and total defense, Pete Thamel shares.

East Tennessee State (FCS): As is being reported, FootballScoop can confirm ETSU is planning to make Will Healy their next head coach. The former Charlotte and Austin Peay head coach, Healy was currently serving as running backs coach at Georgia State.
Harding (D-II - AR): Harding Academy (AR) offensive coordinator Will Francis is joining the staff to coach the quarterbacks, Sam Lane of Arkansas Online shares.
Utah: Mark Atuaia, who recently shared his departure from the staff at Washington State, is set to join the staff as running backs coach and associate head coach, per 247.
East Tennessee State (FCS): Former Charlotte and Austin Peay (FCS) head coach Will Healy is being targeted to replace Tre Lamb, per On3.
Oklahoma State: Sources tell FootballScoop Doug Meacham is headed back to Stillwater, this time as Mike Gundy's offensive coordinator.

North Carolina: Bill Belichick says he is retaining Freddie Kitchens on staff. The former head coach of the Browns has been on staff at UNC the past two seasons coaching tight ends.
Air Force: Sources tell FootballScoop the contract with Fresno State didn't get executed and Troy Calhoun is holding on to Nick Toth. Toth was set to become defensive coordinator at Matt Entz; but now he's staying.

Siena Heights (NAIA - MI): Siena Heights University is seeking qualified applicants for a full time offensive line coach. This is a full time salary position. Candidates should have at least five years experience coaching offensive line at the college level as well as experience coordinating. Duties will include coaching multiple positions, recruiting a geographic region, academic monitoring, administrative duties, extensive video breakdown of games and practices, as well as some equipment duties. This past fall, Thomas was elevated to assistant offensive line coach.
