FBS Staff Tracker: The 2020-21 FBS Staff Tracker page, where you can see how each new head coach is filling their staff, is up and running.

New York Jets: Adam Gase has been fired. NFL Network guys share that a number of college head coaches are expected to be in play for this one.

Arkansas State: Sources tell FootballScoop Tennessee Martin safeties / passing game coordinator Dalton Hilliard is expected to join Butch Jones' staff coaching the defensive backs. Prior to the 2019 season at UTM, Hilliard spent three seasons on staff at UCLA.

Illinois: Bret Bielema has hired Army defensive line coach Tank Wright as his director of strength and conditioning. Wright joins the Illini after serving seven seasons on strength and conditioning staffs at Arkansas and Michigan and he spent the 2020 season at Army working with the defensive line.

Vanderbilt: 247Sports director of scouting Barton Simmons will lead player personnel for Clark Lea at Vanderbilt, sources tell FootballScoop. More here.

South Carolina: Justin Stepp is leaving Arkansas to join Shane Beamer's new staff, sources tell FootballScoop. Details here.

Carolina Panthers: Former Giants GM Jerry Reese will interview for the Panthers' GM post, according to Joe Person of The Athletic.

Florida Atlantic: Co-offensive coordinator Clint Trickett will not return to FAU, per multiple reports.

Arkansas State: Iowa State special teams analyst Steve Hauser is joining the staff as special teams coordinator, per reports.

Vanderbilt: Wisconsin defensive line coach Inoke Breckterfield is expected to take the same position at Vanderbilt, tweets Bruce Feldman.

Texas: Running backs coach Stan Drayton is expected to be retained to Steve Sarkisian's staff, according to Inside Texas.

LA Chargers: According to a report, the team is expected to part ways with head coach Anthony Lynn.

Vanderbilt: Louisville running backs coach Norval McKenzie is joining the staff as running backs coach, Pete Thamel tweets.

Defensive Coordinator Tracker: Last year, there were 44 FBS defensive coordinator changes. So far this year, there have been 19. Keep track of all of them, and the new hires, here.

New York Jets: Tom Pelissero tweets that one possible target for the Jets, should they move on from Adam Gase as expected, could be Seahawks offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer, who previously served as the offensive coordinator for the franchise under Rex Ryan.

Utah State: As we shared a few weeks back, Bruce Feldman is now confirming Miami co-DC Ephraim Banda is headed to Utah State. Sources tell FootballScoop Miami defensive quality control Mike Zuckerman will also be going and will be working with the linebackers. Feldman adds that Alex Devine is also expected to join the Utah State staff. Devine's current role is player development at Miami. Sources told FootballScoop last week Anderson had targeted adding South Carolina strength coach Paul Jackson in the same capacity. Will update when that one is more clear. Andrew Ivins adds that Miami assistant director of recruiting Demarcus Van Dyke also might go to Utah State.

Detroit Lions:Peter Schrager tweets that in addition to the interview with Marvin Lewis from last week, the expectation is that interim head coach Darrell Bevell, Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy and 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh all will interview with the organization this week.

Atlanta Falcons: In addition to interim head coach Raheem Morris, who interviewed for the job last week, other candidates being considered are Bucs defensive coordinator Todd Bowles, Titans offensive coordinator Arthur Smith and Rams defensive coordinator Brandon Staley, according to NFL.com. The report adds that former Texans GM Rick Smith is considered a "strong candidate" for the GM job and they are also expected to request interviews with Colts director of college scouting Morocco Brown, Saints VP / assistant GM of pro personnel Terry Fontenot, Rams college scouting director Brad Holmes, Bears assistant director of player personnel Champ Kelly, Vikings assistant GM George Paton and Bills assistant GM Joe Schoen.

Detroit Lions: Former Bengals head coach and current Arizona State co-defensive coordinator Marvin Lewis interviewed with the Lions this past week, Adam Schefter shared on air.

Dan Mullen: Adam Schefter shares on ESPN this morning that, in addition to the two Big Ten coaches highlighted below, Florida's Dan Mullen is open to an NFL head coaching opportunity.

Big Ten: Adam Schefter tweets that Pat Fitzgerald is open to taking NFL head coaching interviews, while Ohio State's Ryan Day (who is preparing to take on Alabama in the national title game on January 11th) is not. We wrote of some changes at Northwestern back on December 20th and why this year is different than years past for Pat Fitzgerald.

Cleveland Browns: The team had no new positive tests today and the staff has been given the all clear to coach in today's game, per report.

Detroit Lions: Per a report from Ian Rapoport, the Lions are eyeing Seattle Seahawks GM John Schneider for their vacant GM position. Schneider has just one year left on his deal in Seattle.

Texas: With the addition of Steve Sarkisian as the program’s new head coach now official, we take a look at the potential Longhorns staff.

South Dakota State (FCS): Tight Ends coach Luke SChluesner has moved from tight ends to wide receivers, and Bemidji State (D-II - MN) co-offensive coordinator / offensive line coach Ryan Olson is joining the staff as tight ends coach, per source.

Dallas Cowboys: The team has announced a contract extension for offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, and Moore shares that he will no longer be pursuing the head coaching job at Boise State. Yesterday we shared what direction that search was heading…

Philadelphia Eagles: Per reports, Doug Pederson is expected to return and lead the Eagles in 2021, but significant staff changes are coming.
