Elmhurst (D-III - IL): Mike Heffernan, a 2007 graduate of Elmhurst who has spent the past six seasons as the head coach at St. Scholastica (D-III - MN), has been announced as the new head coach of the Blue Jays.

Texas Rio Grande Valley (FCS): Addison Gumbs has accepted a defensive graduate assistant position on the defensive side of the ball, and Elijah Pinon has joined the staff as an assistant strength and conditioning coach.
San Francisco 49ers: Boston College secondary coach Ray Brown is set to join the staff as corners coach, per CBS Sports.
UCF: The program has announced the appointments of both Ryan Beer and Dan Pirtle as director of player personnel.
Texas A&M Kingsville (D-II): Kendell Coleman has accepted the defensive line job.
Texas: Texas regents on Saturday approved a previously-announced raise/extension for Steve Sarkisian, along with new deals for two of his assistants. Details here.
Jacksonville Jaguars: The team is moving to a second round of interviews for the GM post with Ian Cunningham and Jon-Eric Sullivan among the candidates that will get another opportunity to interview.
New Orleans Saints: Falcons tight ends coach Kevin Koger has declined an invite to interview for the Saints offensive coordinator job. Earlier this week, Kellen Moore made it clear he plans to call the plays this fall.
Baltimore Ravens: Anthony Levine, an assistant special teams coach with the Titans the past two seasons, is expected to join the Ravens in the same role, per CBS Sports.
Maryland: Sources tell FootballScoop Kevin Sumlin is stepping away from his coaching role with the Terps while he thinks about his coaching future.
UIndy (D-II - IN): The University of Indianapolis is looking for an outside linebackers / nickels coach. This coach will be responsible for coaching and managing the nickels position group on the field and in position meetings, recruiting his own area, and any other duties assigned by the head coach/defensive coordinator. This coach will also be responsible for assisting with film breakdowns for opponent scout. This is a 9-month position that pays 17,475, plus camp check, meals, and full benefits. FAU: Per source, Dom Bradshaw has joined the program as a defensive graduate assistant after coaching corners / nickels at Fairmont State (D-II - WV) last season.
Marist (FCS - NY): Roger Kotlarz, who recently stepped down from his post as the head coach at Wayne Valley (NJ), has accepted a senior analyst role.
Central Methodist (NAIA - MO): Central Methodist University has an immediate opening for an Offensive Line Coach. This position can begin immediately. Jacksonville Jaguars: Champ Kelly, the assistant GM for the Raiders, completed his interview for the GM post last night.
UIndy (D-II - IN): Carter Hendricks has joined the staff as tight ends coach after previously serving as a graduate assistant at Grand Valley State (D-II - MI).
McMurry (D-III - TX): Brazos Christian (TX) head coach Correy Washington has accepted the defensive coordinator job. Washington helped build the BCS program from 6-6 in 2022 to a 12-1 state title appearance this past fall.
Chicago Bears: Oregon State offensive line coach Kyle DeVan is leaving Corvallis for the NFL for a second time.
Maryland: Sources tell FootballScoop Mike Locksley and the Terps are on the hunt for a new defensive coordinator as Brian Williams set to land with another program.
Quincy (D-II - IL): Quincy University seeks to fill its Offensive Coordinator position. This is a full-time position with benefits and an expected salary of $50,000.
