UMass: Mike Bajakian is set to join the staff as offensive coordinator ESPN is reporting. Bajakian was on staff at Utah this past season and served as offensive coordinator at Northwestern in 2023.

Sacramento State (FCS): After the Sacramento Bee reported earlier in the afternoon that their sources said Michael Vick was not expected to be the next head coach at Sac State, now the President of the University has publicly acknowledged speaking with Vick about the position, noting there is significant interest.
Tulsa: Incarnate Word offensive line coach Ty Darlington is joining Tulsa's staff as co-OC / tight ends CBS Sports shares.
Oklahoma State: Former Utah State offensive line coach Cooper Bassett, who was initially reported to be joining the staff at Southern Miss, is now heading to Oklahoma State to work with the offensive line, according to Pete Thamel. Thamel adds that New Mexico State assistant head coach / run game coordinator Andrew Mitchell is a leading candidate to join him in Stillwater.
North Carolina: UCF assistant AD for player personnel Andrew Blaylock is expected to join Bill Belichick's staff, per 247.
William Paterson (D-III - NJ): William Paterson University is accepting applications for a 10-month, full-time coaching position. This position includes benefits and a salary ranging from $50k to $55k. An offensive line coach is preferred, but qualified candidates may apply. A bachelor's degree is required, but a master's degree is preferred. Applicants must demonstrate the ability or have a track record of recruiting qualified student-athletes who meet NCAA Division III requirements. Applicants will work under the supervision of the Head Coach and the Athletic Director. Additionally, applicants must be able to monitor the academic progress of student-athletes and perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Kansas: Analyst Brandon Shelby has been promoted to defensive backs coach. He previously spent 13 seasons at Indiana coaching the secondary.
West Virginia: Rich Rod's contract states that if he were to leave for another job, he would owe 25% of what remains on his deal in 90 days and if he were to get fired without cause, the school would owe 50% of what remains on his deal. Also, West Virginia paid the $1.25 million buyout to Jacksonville State.
Fayetteville State (D-II - NC): Fayetteville State is looking to hire a football operations coordinator. The Football Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the football program, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all football-related activities. This position will support the team’s coaching staff, front office, and players, facilitating key logistics, personnel management, and coordination of resources both on and off the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of football operations, organizational skills, and experience in handling various administrative and operational duties within a sports organization. Henderson State (D-II - AR): Henderson State University is accepting applications for two Graduate Assistant positions. The position is depended upon the candidate. Responsibilities will include possibly coaching a position group, conducting position meetings, film breakdown, creating scout cards and recruiting an assigned area. Missouri Southern State University (DII – MO): MSSU currently is accepting applications for an offensive graduate assistant coach. The interested candidates should have playing or coaching experience with running backs or other offensive skill positions. This is a position that comes with a stipend of $3,600 per semester. Successful candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree and be accepted into an MSSU graduate program. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
