West Virginia State: West Virginia State is looking to hire a new head strength and conditioning coordinator. This is a restricted earnings position. The individual will report to the Head Football Coach and Athletic Director. This position would be for the entire Athletic Department. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred. A CSCS certification and a valid driver's license, official academic transcript(s) and the successful result of a background check are mandatory. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/oral communication skills as well as demonstrated success in Strength and Conditioning at the college level.
