Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan scouting scandal make a 'Simpsons' cameo (Jim Harbaugh Simpsons)

When one spends as much time hunkered down in their own silo as you and I do in college football, it can be difficult to tell which stories resonate with the mainstream. Which stories will jump from the Sports section of the newspaper on to the front page, if you will.

It appears the Michigan illegal scouting scandal of this fall is one of those stories, at least according to The Simpsons.

The show aired the 10th installment of its ongoing 35th season on Sunday night. Titled "Do the Wrong Thing," the episode description reads as follows: "Homer and Bart become kings of the blue-collar sports circuit, but Marge suspects something dishonest at the core of their father-son bond."

In the clip shown below, Lisa weighs an offer from Dean Belichick to join the USC rowing team despite not knowing how to row, with references to Lance Armstrong and the Houston Astros. Then, joining the roster of Hall of Fame sports cheaters, Bart is seen teaching "Cheating 101" at the Jim Harbaugh Center for Competitive Imbalance.

Hey it's not much, but it's something.
