Ocala Belleview (FL): Belleview High, a large high school in beautiful Ocala, Fla., is searching for a secondary coach. Several years experience at the collegiate or high school level preferred. Must have Florida teacher certification or be able to obtain one. We are building toward competing for a championship so like minded defensive back coaches, we want to talk to you. Bennett (CO): Bennett High School (CO) is seeking 2 high quality assistant football coaches to complete the staff for the 2023 season. Defensive Coordinator is a possibility for the right person. Apalachee (GA): Apalachee High School in Winder, Ga is looking for the best fit defensive position coach. Preference will go to a DL candidate, but staff can be shuffled for the best fit coach. We are located in NE Georgia near Athens, Ga. The ONLY teaching opportunities are Special Education and possibly Social Studies. YOU MUST BE CERTIFIED or be able to obtain Georgia Certification! Calichee (CO): Caliche Jr/Sr High school (CO) in Iliff, Colorado is seeking an assistant football coach, with possible coordinator duties. We are an 8 man school in northeastern Colorado with a rich tradition, connections to pursue the next level, and coaching gear that is provided yearly. All qualifications will be accepted. Local candidates to northeastern Colorado, western Nebraska, and western Kansas are encouraged to apply. Qualifications for the coaching position will be determined on experience. Great Valley (PA): Great Valley High School is looking to hire an assistant varsity football coach. Preference will be given to those who have experience coaching the Dline or linebackers. Sequoia Pathfinder Academy (AZ): Sequoia Pathfinder Academy in Buckeye, Ariz., is looking for qualified football coaches to build and complete the staff (young coaches encouraged). This will be the first year as a tackle football organization and the third year as a school overall. We do have teaching positions available in Math, ELA, Special Ed and Health. We are a growing school and community and are building from the ground up. The 2023-24 season will be 8-man football with the following season (2024-25) being 11-man. Qualified individuals will need an Arizona IVP fingerprint card, First Aid/CPR, and bachelor’s degree preferred (but required to teach). George Walton Academy (GA): George Walton Academy in Monroe, GA seeks applicants for Athletic Performance Internship for the Fall ‘23 Semester. This internship will provide an intensive, hands-on approach to the principles and methods of strength & conditioning covered in the George Walton Academy Physical Education/Athletic Performance Program. Successful candidates will assist in the organizing & implementing of the George Walton Academy Physical Education/Athletic Performance Program. This includes but is not limited to, the areas of movement assessment, exercise technique progression, dynamic warm-up, speed & movement training, strength training, soft tissue/mobility work, and performance testing for all students. Interns will also be responsible for collecting and interpreting testing data, the daily maintenance of equipment and facilities, and the development of strength & conditioning manuals, instructional videos, and updating social media sites. This position will gain hands-on experience with all grade levels. Bachelor’s Degree required, First Aid and CPR certified. Certified or working toward the CSCS, NHSSCA, or USAW certification and coaching experience. This position requires background knowledge in Kinesiology or a related field and as well as the ability to teach exercise safety as well as enforce weight room rules and regulations. Intermediate computer skills are required. Good verbal communication is a must. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Background check required at own expense if hired. This is an unpaid internship.
