Denard Robinson, an iconic former Michigan quarterback who had been on the staff in Ann Arbor, is no longer part of the program.
A spokesperson confirmed the news with ESPN.
Robinson, the Wolverines assistant director of player personnel, was suspended last month following an arrest for driving under the influence.
He enjoyed a decorated career as a player, earning First-Team All American honors in 2010 to go along with Big Ten MVP and Offensive Player of the Year honors.
He was drafted by the Jaguars in the 5th round in 2013 and designated an "offensive weapon" as his official position.
After a four-year career with the Jags, he would go on to join the organization as an offensive analyst and then an offensive quality control coach and scouting assistant before joining Jim Harbaugh's Michigan staff in 2022.
The incident marked the second time a Michigan staffer had been booked on DUI charges this off season before being dismissed by first-year head coach Sherrone Moore.
The first incident came when former defensive line coach Greg Scruggs was booked on the same charges prior to his dismissal.
