Yesterday, while riding his bike at a family home in the St. Augustine area in Florida, longtime Dartmouth (FCS) head coach Buddy Teevens was involved in an accident.
Dartmouth shared yesterday that the veteran head coach has been hospitalized following the accident, and is recovering.
The family is not accepting visitors at this time.
Teevens, who is 66, has also served as the head coach at Tulane, Maine, and Stanford, is deep in his second stint leading the program.
After initially leading the team from 1987-91 he returned to lead the program in 2005. In total, he's spent 30 seasons as a head coach at the Division I level, with 23 of those seasons at Dartmouth where he is 117-101-2 overall.
Please join us in praying for a full recovery for coach Teevens.
