North Dakota State: Todd Phelps, formerly at Oregon State, has been named deputy AD, and former Lamar compliance director Clyde Prestwood has been named director of compliance.
Lincoln University (D-II - MO): Athletic director Betty Kemma is moving into a senior women's administrator role with the school and John Moseley (the head men's basketball coach) has been named the interim athletic director.
