Utah: Utah Football is seeking a Director of Utah Recruiting. This is a full-time position with benefits. This role will be heavily involved in Utah Football’s in-state recruiting and player personnel operation, including managing relationships with Utah high school coaches, organizing prospect identification and communication, maintaining the recruiting database in ARMS, and assisting with prospect organization, follow-up, and overall recruiting support. The position will also assist with walk-on onboarding, support on-campus recruiting events, and serve as an LDS recruiting liaison. In addition, this role will oversee Utah Football Camp marketing, registration, website management, and day-of-camp execution. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Experience in recruiting operations, player personnel, ARMS, and familiarity with Utah high school football are preferred.
