Lance Leipold and Kansas reportedly bolstering staff with veteran offensive line coach (Angus McClure)

Angus McClure spent the last few seasons on staff at Nevada, where he making a rare third stop with the Wolf Pack.

Well regarded for years as one of the top recruiters in college football, McClure has experience at multiple spots in the Pac-12 and at Buffalo and Nevada as well.

Now the veteran offensive line coach has reportedly landed on Lance Leipold's staff at Kansas.

Matt Zenitz shares this morning that McClure has landed with the Jayhawks as an offense analyst.

Before working with the Wolf Pack, McClure spent a few seasons as the offensive line coach at California for a few seasons.

At UCLA, McClure had the valuable opportunity to coach the offensive line for five seasons before moving to the defensive side of the ball for six seasons.

He's held senior-level roles at a number of stops, including Nevada (assistant head coach from 2018-19) Buffalo (run game coordinator in 2006), Nebraska (special teams coordinator 2004-05) and Sacramento State (assistant head coach 1997-2003).

He joins a new-look offensive staff at Kansas, led by former Baylor offensive coordinator Jeff Grimes, who was brought in to replace Andy Kotelnicki, who left for the offensive coordinator job at Penn State.
