Deion Sanders set records for success in his three-season run atop the Jackson State program, and he’s catalyzed his personal brand, recruiting prowess and the University of Colorado brand to great acclaim in the five-plus months since Sanders was hired atop the Buffaloes’ program.
Life is good for ‘Coach Prime.’ And now, he’s showing off a bit of exactly how good by unveiling his “baby” on social media.
The object? It’s the new Ford Super Duty F-650 pickup truck that has its front grill emblazoned with “Prime.”
Yeah, it looks an awful lot like Hasbro’s “Optimus Prime” in real life.
The videos don’t show Sanders driving around the Boulder area or navigating the nearby Rocky Mountains, but as with everything Coach Prime-related, there’s nothing inconspicuous about the new ride.
Deion Sanders just bought a new, custom Ford F-650 super truck.

The standard model — without any of Sanders' additions — retails for about $150,000.

For a bit of context on the general price range of Sanders’s new ride, consider that six years ago Shaquille “Shaq” O’Neal posted pictures of his brand-new 2017 Ford F-650 Super Duty at a reported cost of $125,000.
And inflation doesn’t have anything cheaper these days.
