It was unlike anything we'd ever seen before. A school, that wasn't a school, playing a high school football game against IMG Academy. If they hadn't played that fateful game on ESPN, Bishop Sycamore could very well be playing high school football games this season.
Instead, that game with ESPN, on a weekend with the nation primed to watch high school football after the pandemic, exposed the Bishop Sycamore fraud on real time. And then all hell broke loose.
The documentary appears to focus on coach Roy Johnson, casting him at once as a con artist, while also trying to cast culpability on the high school sports system.
