The FootballScoop Coaches of the Year awards, now in their 18th year, is the only set of national awards given to college coordinators, position coaches and support staff. The FootballScoop Coach of the Year awards program is also unique in that former winners select this year's honoree for each award.
Nominations for this season's awards are now open. Finalists for each award will be announced Monday Dec. 1, and winners will be announced beginning the following Monday, Dec. 8.
This year's winners will be recognized at an event in Charlotte, N.C., on Jan. 12, held in connection with the American Football Coaches Association's annual convention.
