Northeastern State (D-II - OK): Julian Mendez is Northeastern State's new offensive line coach, per source. He previously coached at Ellsworth Community College.
Western Michigan: Andy Howell has been hired as WMU's director of player personnel/recruiting coordinator.
Western Carolina: Defensive ends coach and recruiting coordinator Mark Rhea has added the title of assistant head coach.
Ohio Wesleyan (D-III - OH): Ohio Wesleyan is no loner accepting applications for the wide receivers or running back intern positions. Thanks for the overwhelming response.
Shippensburg (D-II - PA): Running backs coach JC Morgan, who has been an assistant with the Red Raiders for a decade, has been promoted to offensive coordinator.
New Mexico: As expected, the Lobos have announced the hires of Al Simmons (corners) and Clay Davie (TEs). Also, Charles McMillian (who coached the secondary last season) will now coach the safeties, and running backs coach Apollo Wright will coordinate the special teams.
Georgia: Georgia has hired Chris Kragthorpe, son of Steve Kragthorpe, away from LSU as an offensive assistant.
Macalester (D-III - MN): James Rosenbury has been hired as running backs coach, special teams coordinator and assistant recruiting coordinator.
Rutgers: Jeff Towers, the business consultant and Scarlet Knights booster in line to be Rutgers' new recruiting coordinator, has withdrawn his name from consideration for the job.
San Jose Sabercats (Arena): Sources tell us former San Jose State assistant and Santa Clara head coach Terry Malley has returned to the San Jose Sabercats' staff.
Willamette (D-III - OR): Head coach Glen Fowles has been offered the head job at Simon Fraser (D-II - Canada) but sources close to the situation tell us Fowles has elected to stay at Willamette. Holding on to Fowles, 20-8 in his three seasons at the helm, is a big get for Willamette.
Alcorn State (FCS - MS): Louisville grad assistant Derek Nicholson is the new defensive line coach at Alcorn State according to his Twitter account and sources at Louisville.
North Central College (D-III - IL):North Central College is looking to fill a home game for 2015 (9/5 or 9/26). Possible 2016 date available. Please contact defensive coordinator Mike Murray at 630-637-5532 or at mjmurray@noctrl.edu.
Bowling Green: According to SI, Bowling Green director of player personnel Andrew Sowder is expected to be promoted to outside receivers coach. At Eastern Illinois, under Dino Babers, Sowder coached the outside receivers.
AFCA: Grant Teaff is stepping down as executive director in February 2016, the organization has announced.

Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles have named Brian Smith assistant linebackers coach. Smith spent the last eight seasons with the NY Jets, the past two as the assistant defensive backs coach.
Ellsworth (CC - IA): Per source, offensive line coach Julian Mendez will not return.
Florida State: New defensive ends/outside linebackers coach Brad Lawing has signed a three-year, $1.2 million contract according to the Palm Beach Post.
Gallaudet University (D-III - Washington, DC): Per source, assistant head coach / defensive coordinator John Davis has accepted the head coaching job at Central Florida Christian Academy (Orlando, FL).
Alcorn State (FCS - MS): Per source, Fred Kaiss will be the new offensive coordinator at Alcorn State. Kaiss previously served as the offensive coordinator / running backs coach at Alabama State
Monmouth (D-III - IL): Per source, Monmouth has hired Northern Illinois offensive quality control coach Nate Peterson as quarterbacks / wide receivers coach.
Rose-Hulman (D-III - IN): Per source, Grand Valley State defensive grad assistant Scott Cole has accepted the defensive backs job at Rose-Hulman.
Idaho State: Along with outside receivers coach Sheldon Cross being promoted to offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach (see yesterday), co-defensive coordinator Spencer Toone has been promoted to the sole defensive coordinator position (and will continue to coach the safeties), Matt Troxel will continue to coach the offensive line and has added the assistant head coach for offensive title, and former co-defensive coordinator Roger Cooper will now have the title of linebackers coach / assistant head coach for the defense.
Louisiana Lafayette: According to The Advertiser, secondary coach Melvin Smith is expected to be named defensive coordinator, and the paper also notes that Mark Hudspeth is expected to hire Levorn Harbin (defensive analyst at Auburn) as defensive line coach, and Charlie Harbison (former Auburn safeties coach / co-defensive coordinator) as co-defensive coordinator / outside linebackers coach. Will update once more is clear.
