Pittsburgh: Duke basketball SID Matt Plizga is heading to Pitt to serve as assistant AD for media relations according to multiple reports.
UT Rio Grande Valley (D-I): Chelsea Blakely has been promoted to senior associate AD for external operations, Farrah Manthei has been promoted to to senior associate AD for student services/senior woman administrator, and David Riggs has been promoted to senior associate AD for ticket operations and sales. Vince Volpe has been appointed deputy director of athletics/chief operating officer.
Oregon State: Zack Lasiter has been announced as deputy athletics director for external operations.
Mercer (FCS - GA): Sybil Blalock has been promoted to deputy athletics director, and Brian Gerrity has been promoted to senior associate director of athletics, overseeing fundraising, communications and football game day operations.
