Seattle Seahawks: The Seahawks have announced defensive pass game coordinator Rocky Seto has been promoted to assistant head coach / defense.

Texas Tech AD Kirby Hocutt explains how an early signing day could be in place by December.

South Florida: Former Hawaii, Arizona, and San Jose State head coach Dick Tomey has joined the USF athletic department as an associate athletic director for sports administration.

Oklahoma: Co-defensive coordinator/defensive line coach Jerry Montgomery has accepted an undisclosed NFL job, the program has announced. The Oklahoman is reporting that he will join the Green Bay Packers staff.

Florida: Per source, Jacksonville (FCS - FL) defensive coordinator/cornerbacks coach James Rowe has accepted a defensive grad assistant role at Florida.

Morehead State (FCS - KY): Three new coaches have joined the staff. Andre Crenshaw will coach the RBs, Adam Mueller will assist with the DL, and Jameson Stephens will assist with the WRs. Crenshaw, a former Oregon RB, worked the last two years as a GA at Dakota Wesleyan, Mueller recently wrapped up his playing career at UConn as a longsnapper, and Stephens coached the WRs and TEs at Centre College (D-III - KY).

Jackson State (FCS - MS): DFO Ricky Porter has been promoted to running backs coach according to the Jackson Clarion-Ledger.

Middle Tennessee: Per source, Samford running backs coach Kodi Burns will join the MTSU staff as receivers coach. SI is reporting the same.

New Mexico Highlands (D-II): New Mexico Highlands is seeking qualified candidates for the position of head football coach. Fresno State: Fresno State is looking for qualified applicants to fill a grad assistant position on defense (secondary or linebackers). Previous college experience is preferred. No calls please. Atlanta Falcons: The Falcons have formally announced the additions of Keith Carter (assistant OL), Doug Mallory (defensive assistant / LBs), Marquand Manuel (secondary / senior defensive assistant), Mike McDaniel (offensive assistant), Chris Morgan (OL), Jeff Ulbrich (LBs), Chad Walker (defensive assistant / DBs), and Matt LaFleur (QBs).

Mississippi Valley State (FCS):Mississippi Valley State University is looking for Home Games on October 3rd and November 14 2015. Interested programs can e-mail Rick Comegy at rick.comegy@mvsu.edu.

Tarleton State (D_II - TX): Tarleton is looking to fill an open date on October 24, 2015. Prefer a division II opponent; but have some flexibility. Please contact associated head coach Mason Miller at 325.725.4391 to discuss.

Louisiana-Monroe: ULM has announced that tight ends coach Jerry McManus will not return.

Dallas Cowboys: Monte Kiffin will not return to the staff in 2015, according to Todd Archer of ESPN Dallas. Kiffin spent the 2014 season as the Cowboys' assistant head coach for defense.

Rutgers: Ralph Friedgen has formally stepped down from the offensive coordinator spot but will remain part of the program as a special assistant to Kyle Flood. As expected, wide receivers coach Ben McDaniels is the new offensive coordinator for the Scarlet Knights. Also, recruiting coordinator Phil Galiano has been promoted to special teams coordinator / tight ends coach and Anthony Campanile will move from tight ends to wide receivers.

Montana Tech (NAIA): Montana Tech has an immediate opening for a defensive intern coaching position. Primary responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all phases of the football program. Other responsibilities include coaching a position in the secondary, film editing and data entry. Must be proficient in using Hudl, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Catholic University of America (D-III - Washington, DC): The Catholic University of America is looking to hire an assistant football coach / defensive coordinator. This position is a 12-month appointment reporting to the head football coach. Secondary responsibilities pertain to assisting the strength and conditioning efforts of the football program (when called upon) and providing staffing support in the equipment room as it relates to football services. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Missouri S&T (D-II): Missouri S&T is accepting applications for the position of assistant football coach (defensive line). Required qualifications include – successful college coaching experience with the defensive line, Bachelor's degree and knowledgeable about NCAA rules & regulations. A review of applications will begin immediately. Application deadline is February 23, 2015. Projected start date is March 16, 2015. Interested candidates should electronically submit an application consisting of a cover letter, resume, and complete contact information for five references to the Human Resource office via this link. Boston College: SI is reporting that Boston College has promoted wide receivers coach Todd Fitch to offensive coordinator and former Florida running backs coach Brian White has been brought on board to coach the wide receivers. We can confirm those reports.

Oakland Raiders: Pro Football Hall of Famer Rod Woodson has joined the staff as assistant defensive backs coach.

Florida: The Gators have hired Kerry Dixon II as their receivers coach. Dixon II coached the running backs at FIU last season, and at FAU the two years before that.

Jacksonville University (FCS - FL): Jacksonville University is looking to complete their schedule for 2015 (Saturday 9/12 or Saturday 9/19 or Saturday 10/17). Will travel for right opportunity but looking for home game. FCS, D-II, D III or NAIA Looking to fill this date immediately. Please contact defensive backs coach Jake Grande at Jgrande@ju.edu.

New Mexico Highlands (D-II): Per source, head coach Eric Young will not return and running backs coach / director of football operations Tony Pavlic will serve as interim head coach.

Colorado: According to the Daily Camera out of Colorado, defensive coordinator Jim Leavitt will be the highest paid assistant in school history, making $500,000 annually as part of his three-year deal.

Western Kentucky: Head coach Jeff Brohm has announced a shuffling of duties on his staff. Bryan Ellis, who had been working as an offensive quality control coach, has been promoted to running backs coach, offensive GA Zach Lankford will fill the quality control vacancy, and JaMarcus Shepard (WRs) and Ricky Brumfield (CBs) will now split the special teams duties.

Jackson State (FCS - MS): Per source, former North Carolina A&T head coach and former Morgan State defensive coordinator Alonzo Lee will be the new defensive coordinator at Jackson State.

Kentucky Christian (NAIA): Newly appointed head coach Steve Barrows has named Tony Bowman tight ends coach / special teams coordinator / strength and conditioning coach.

Ohio Wesleyan (D-III): Ohio Wesleyan University has an immediate offensive intern opening coaching wide receivers or running backs. Small Stipend, housing, and a meal plan will be provided. Preference will be given to those who have either coached or played the position at the collegiate level.
