The term "college football" has a lot of meanings. Ostensibly, its most popular usage is as a blanket across the Football Bowl Subdivision. If, say, Baylor rolls up 618 yards per game, we're always quick to declare the Bears' offense the best in college football. While that may be true - after all, you try stopping Art Briles and company - it's not exactly a fair fight. Baylor has a lot more resources than Henderson State.

To level the playing field, we took a look at 15 major statistical categories across every division of college football, FBS to NAIA, to declare a statistical champion.
