Our condolences and prayers are with Coach Johnny Wike's family. Coach Wike passed away Saturday at the age of 84 in Sylva, NC. Coach Wike coached thirty years, with twenty one of those coming as an assistant coach, predominantly at Western Carolina.

Alabama: Nick Saban has confirmed the addition of former USC head coach Steve Sarkisian as an offensive analyst. "We're happy to have him," Saban said in a statement.

Louisiana Tech: LA Tech has hired Alec Ogdee as assistant director of recruiting, source tells FootballScoop. Ogdee previously worked in recruiting at Coastal Carolina.

Missouri: Head coachBarry Odom's contract has recently been executed, and it includes some rather interesting provisions.

Louisiana Lafayette: Defensive coordinator Melvin Smith was let go yesterday following the Ragin' Cajuns' opening loss vs Boise State 45-10. Linebackers coach (former Southeastern Louisiana head coach) Mike Lucas will call the defense for the remainder of the season according to Mark Hudspeth.

Warm Up: A big hit from a kicker, an even bigger hit in a high school game, a fast food joint trolls Notre Dame, and a perfectly timed picture. Monday's One Minute Warm Up.
