Louisiana Lafayette: Per SI, former Southern Miss player personnel analyst Tom Fratcher has been hired as the assistant director of player personnel at ULL.

Reminder:The new NCAA text message legislation doesn't go into effect until April 28th. If you weren't aware, "the Council deregulated electronic communication with prospective student-athletes who participate in football, cross country, track and field and swimming and diving," per the NCAA release.

Cleveland Browns: According to Neil Stratton, five of the six area scouts let go by the organization are James Kirkland, Harrison Ritcher, Mike Hagen, Matt Holland, and Bobby Depaul.

Greenville (D-III - IL): Greenville College is seeking applications for a graduate assistant position on defense. The positions requires a self motivated person to assist with the implementation of practices, evaluation of student athletes, off and on campus recruiting, scouting and other duties assigned by the head football coach (Previous Coaching Experience preferred). This is a 11 month renewable position that includes a tuition waiver, $600 a month stipend, and meal plan. Greenville College is a Free Methodist liberal arts college whose faculty and staff affirm a Statement of Faith and adhere to lifestyle expectations.
