SMU: Director of athletics Rick Hart took to twitter today to publicly state "While we have a great deal of respect for Mack Brown, no one associated with our search has contacted him or his representatives." We told you it wasn't accurate; but there was a report yesterday in the Dallas Morning News that SMU had "floated" $4 million per year for eight years to Brown.
