David McWilliams, a former Texas Tech and Texas head coach in the late 1980's and early '90's, has announced his retirement from a long-held position running the Longhorns' lettermen's association.

Stanford: The program has announced that Ryan Devlin has been promoted to coordinator of player personnel.

College Football Playoff: Archie Manning will not rejoin the selection committee, and former Vanderbilt head coach Bobby Johnson has been appointed to take his place.

Savannah State (FCS - GA): Former Norfolk State assistant offensive line coach Donovan Jackson has been hired as offensive line coach. Jackson spent the last few years as the head coach at Northeast Guilford HS (NC).

Ellsworth (CC - IA): Per source, Donny Diaz has been hired as defensive backs coach / recruiting coordinator. Diaz served as wide receivers coach / recruiting coordinator at Itasca (CC - MN) last season.

Penn: Former Kansas tight ends coach Jeff Blasko has joined the Penn staff in the same capacity, per source.

St. Augustine (D-II - NC): Per Source, Fayetteville State (D-II - NC) defensive coordinator / defensive back coach Errick Hargrove has joined the staff as associate head coach / defensive coordinator / defensive backs coach and recruiting Coordinator. Hargrove served as the defensive coordinator at Virginia State from 2006-2013.

Minnesota State-Mankato (D-II): Head coach Todd Hoffner has announced thatSimpson College (D-III - IA) offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach / assistant head coach Joe Beschorner has been appointed interim offensive coordinator.

Wayne State (D-II - MI): Ohio Northern (D-III) co-offensive coordinator / receivers coach EJ Henderson will join the Wayne State staff and coach the receivers, taking over for Alex Bailey, who recently accepted the wide receivers job at Ball State. Henderson previously coached the receivers at Wayne State from 2004-2006, and has previous stops at Urbana (D-II - OH), Davidson (FCS - NC), Mount Union (D-III - OH), and Lousville.

Mesa Community College (JC - AZ): Shawn Gloden has been hired to coach the offensive line and will also serve as run game coordinator. Gloden was an assistant at Skyline HS (AZ) last season. Also, Mike Welch, who has coached the offensive line and served as assistant offensive coordinator since 2012, will move to quarterbacks coach and be co-offensive coordinator.
