Western Kentucky: Offensive line coach Neil Callaway will remain at WKU per Chad Bishop who covers the team.
Mississippi Gulf Coast: Belhaven offensive line coach Les George will be the new offensive line coach at Gulf Coast.
Southeastern Oklahoma State: Sources tell us former A&M Commerce defensive backs coach Charles Burks has accepted the defensive coordinator role at Southeastern Oklahoma State.
Texas: Defensive backs coach Duane Akina will not return to the staff.
Oakland Raiders: Tony Sparano has agreed to a new two year deal to remain as assistant head coach / offensive line with the Raiders (was being courted by the Bucs).
Jackson State: Sources tell us that Harold Jackson will be the new head coach at JSU. Last time we are aware that Jackson coached was as the receivers coach for the Sacramento UFL team back in 2012.
Alabama: Lane Kiffin has been hired as offensive coordinator according to multiple outlets and has now been confirmed. Joe Schad reports Kiffin's deal will be for three years. Here's what you need to know.
Los Angeles Harbor College: Fullerton College defensive line coach Greg Hoyd will be the new defensive coordinator at L.A. Harbor College per sources.
Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins have confirmed that Bill Lazor and Kyle Shanahan have interviewed for their offensive coordinator position.
Virginia Union (D-II): The finalists for the Virginia Union head coaching position are Virginia Union defensive line coach Mark James, Elizabeth City State offensive coordinator Alvin Parker, Morgan State assistant head coach/run-defense coordinator Herbert Parham and Georgia Southern cornerbacks coach Orlando Mitjans, Jr.
Southeastern Louisiana (FCS): Offensive coordinator Greg Stevens is leaving to take the same position at Eastern Illinois, and wide receivers coach Chet Pobolish will be promoted to offensive coordinator.
Eastern Illinois: Southeastern LA offensive coordinator Greg Stevens will be the new offensive coordinator at EIU.
Whitworth (D-III - WA): Head coach Rod Sandberg has retained receivers coach / recruiting coordinator Jason Tobeck. Also, former Shadle Park HS (WA) head coach Alan Stanfield has joined the staff as offensive coordinator.
Western Kentucky: Jeff Brohm will make an annual base salary of $600,000 and his contract will run through 2019. Brohm can earn up to $1million per year with incentives.
Emporia State: Sources tell us that Justin Weiser has been promoted to full time running backs / strength and conditioning coach and will also serve as recruiting coordinator.
UConn: Michael Painter will serve as director of player personnel on Bob Diaco's staff. Also, grad assistant Doug Shearer has been retained.
Western Carolina: Former head coach Kent Briggs has accepted the head coaching job at Cherokee HS (NC).
Arkansas State: Blake Anderson has announced that Anthony Tucker, who coached the receivers last season, will stay on staff and move to running backs for 2014. Luke Paschall will coach the receivers.
Robbie Liles, Mark Pantoni and Tyler Siskey have been named finalists for the inaugural FootballScoop Director of Player Personnel of the Year award.

Lehigh: Sources tell us that defensive backs coach / co-defensive coordinator Gerard Wilcher will not return to the staff.
Westminster (D-III - PA): Sources tell us that Scott Benzel will be the new head coach. Benzel most recently served as the defensive coordinator at St. Francis.
Cumberlands (NAIA - KY): University of the Cumberlands has announced that Matt Rhymer has been chosen as as the fifth head coach in program history. Rhymer is a former Patriot player and grad assistant, and has served on the staff at Oneida HS (TN), and was head coach at South Laurel HS (TN).

Albright College (D-III - PA): Albright College is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Assistant Football Coach/Recruiting Coordinator/WR Coach/JV Head Coach. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required with a minimum of three years of successful coaching and recruiting experience at the college level. Experience with Hudl digital video editing system is a plus. Game week organizational tasks including; film breakdown, opponent scouting, self-scouting, tendency reports, video cut-ups, scouting reports, assist S&C coach with weight room, assist VC with digital editing, counsel players on academic and social issues, and other duties as assigned by the HFC. Compensation: This is a 12 month, full time position with benefits (health & dental insurance, full retirement through TIAA-Creff, tuition waiver for M.Ed. Degree), $15,000 annual salary, free off-campus housing (shared with two other coaches), free utilities and free meal plan in campus dining hall. A three-year commitment is required from the successful applicant. St. Vincent (D-III - PA): Sources tell us that the new head coach will be John Carroll (D-III - OH) senior offensive coordinator / associate head coach Ron Dolciato.
Louisville: Kevin Steele has decided to stay at Alabama and will not join the Louisville staff as defensive coordinator according to Tim Watts of BamaOnLine.

Western Kentucky: Sources tell us that Arizona State's Chip Long has declined the opportunity to join Jeff Brohm's staff as offensive coordinator.
Millikin (D-III - IL): Millikin is looking for an intern assistant coach. This position will report to the Head Football Coach. This internship is designed as a 10 month educational experience from August 1 to May 31 and is designed to give an individual with an interest in coaching the opportunity to hone his skill development and coaching ability in one or more position areas. The appointment is for one year, with a possible one year renewal. Pursuing a graduate degree at a nearby university may be possible. Apply online here.
Western Kentucky: Receivers coach Lamar Thomas, defensive ends coach L.D. Scott, running backs coach Kolby Smith, and director of strength and conditioning Joe Miday will all join Petrino's staff at Louisville according to Chad Bishop.
Moorpark JC (CA): Moorpark Junior College (Moorpark, CA) is looking for a receivers or quarterback coach. Stipend is available (Approx. $5,000-$6,000 depending on qualifications). Georgia Southern: Willie Fritz has now been officially introduced as head coach.
Indiana: Defensive coordinator Doug Mallory and defensive line coach Jon Fabris will not return.
Michigan: Athletics director Dave Brandon told the Detroit News that new offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier will not make more than defensive coordinator Greg Mattison (who made $840,000 in 2013) and that the numbers being tossed around were inaccurate.
Texas: Vance Bedford tweeted this morning, "I'm interviewing with Coach Strong. I'm not hired at this time."
Eastern Illinois: Kim Dameron will be the new head coach at Eastern Illinois per sources. Dameron, currently the defensive coordinator at LA Tech, served as the DC at EIU in 2000.
Miami Dolphins/Tampa Bay Bucs: Tennessee Titans vice president Lake Dawson and New York Giants vice president Marc Ross are expected to interview for the vacant Dolphins and Bucs GM jobs according to Adam Schefter.
Virginia Tech: Bryan Stinespring is not leaving Virginia Tech. Not happening.
Cincinnati Bengals: Marvin Lewis has announced that Kyle Caskey has been promoted to running backs coach. Caskey previously served as the assistant offensive line / quality control coach.
Western Kentucky: Jeff Brohm's hiring has now been announced. We are told that Nick Holt will remain as defensive coordinator at WKU.
Old Dominion: Head coach Bobby Wilder announced this morning that former UConn and Penn State assistant Kermit Buggs will replace defensive backs coach Marc Boate who is leaving the staff to "pursue other options".
Kansas: Sources tell us Alex Charlton is being promoted to player personnel assistant.
New Mexico: Sources tell us Barry Sacks, who recently left Cal, will be the new defensive line coach at New Mexico. We hear that Archie McDaniel will now coach the outside linebackers.
Southern Illinois: Sources tell us that offensive line coach Bill O'Boyle will be promoted to offensive coordinator. We also hear that Carbondale HS (IL) head coach Nick Hill is joining the staff and will coach the quarterbacks and Colorado Mesa defensive coordinator Todd Auer will coach the linebackers. We are also hearing that former WKU head coach David Elson is a strong candidate to coach the safeties.
UMass: Boston College defensive coordinator Don Brown is among the coaches that will interview for the head coaching job, according to GazetteNet.com. Brown served as the program's head coach from 2004-2008.
Illinois: Illinois trustees have proposed a two year contract extension and an increase in of $50,000 base salary for AD Mike Thomas. The salary increase would bump his pay to $554,321. His current contract is set to expire in 2016.
Georgia Military College (CC): Georgia Military College has a WR job open. Position is an entry level full-time job with benefits. Housing included for single applicants.
