UCLA: UCLA has announced the promotion of linebackers/special teams coach Jeff Ulbrich to defensive coordinator.
Arkansas: Sources tell us Iowa State graduate assistant Mike Conrad has gone to Arkansas as defensive quality control.
Utah: Per source, Brian Johnson plans to leave the Utah staff to accept a position at Mississippi State.
Mercer (FCS - GA): Sources tell us former Tennessee Tech quarterbacks coach Tre Lamb is now the quarterbacks coach at Mercer.
Houston Texans: The Texans have named George Godsey as quarterbacks coach. Godsey spent 2012-13 as the Patriots' tight ends coach.
Frostburg State (D-III - MD): DeLane Fitzgerald, the head coach at Southern Virginia (D-III), has accepted the head coaching job at Frostburg State.
St. Norbert College (D-III - WI): The school has announced the hiring of Al Johnson as offensive line coach.
Rice: David Bailiff announced today that Larry Edmondson and Billy Lynch will share the offensive coordinator title in 2014. Edmondson is the Owls' quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator, and Lynch coaches the team's wide receivers.
Detroit Lions: Denver offensive assistant Jim Bob Cooter will be the Lions quarterbacks coach, according to Bruce Feldman.
Alabama A&M: We've already reported many of these hires, but just to close the loop, the staff will look as follows; Phil Dorn (OC/OL), Matt Sanders (recruiting coordinator / secondary), Bryan Cummings (ST / DL), Willie Totten (QBs), Ashley Lelie (WRs) Brent Pradia (OLBs), Andy Fuller (assistant HC / RB) and Rashad Harris (S&C).
Jacksonville University: Sources tell us that the some of the staff assignments have been ironed out as follows; Jerry Odom (associate HC of defense), James Rowe (co-DC), Nick Navarro (WRs), Wayne Younger (QBs), and Cameron Smith (assistant WRs / DFO).
Green Bay Packers: The Packers have announced the addition of Western Michigan receivers coach Luke Getsy as an offensive quality control coach, as well as a number of other moves, including; Winston Moss (assistant head coach / LBs), Scott McCurley (assistant LBs), Alex Van Pelt (QBs), Jason Simmons (defensive / ST assistant), John Rushing (defensive QC), Sam Gash (RBs), Ron Zook (assistant ST), and Chris Gizzi (S&C assistant).
Jackson State: Sources tell us that former running back Destry Wright will be the running backs coach at Jackson State.
Louisiana Tech: Defensive line coach Stan Eggen has left the program, according to a report from The News Star. Sources confirm to us that he will join the Iowa State staff and coach the defensive ends.
Arizona State: Keith Patterson has now been announced as defensive coordinator / linebackers coach / defensive special teams coordinator.
William Penn (NAIA - IA): William Penn University is searching for two graduate assistants coaches. One on offense is an offensive skill position and one on defense preferably with D-line experience. Applicants must meet the minimum requirements (3.0 GPA) for acceptance into graduate school’s Masters of Business Leadership program. Include stipend, tuition, and housing. Seton Hill (D-II - PA): Sources tell us that former Widener quarterback Chris Haupt and assistant offensive line coach Gerry Pacitti will join Isaac Collins' staff at Seton Hill.
Green Bay: Ron Zook will join the Packers staff per a report from 247. Zook had extensive talks with a number of college programs over the past few months but looks like he's heading to the frozen tundra. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that Zook will serve as assistant special teams coach.

Buffalo Bills: Jason Rebrovich has been elevated to assistant defensive line coach. Rebrovich served as a defensive quality control coach last season.
Houston Texans: Bill O'Brien has added John Perry to the staff as tight ends coach. The pair worked together at Brown in 1993.
Minot State (D-II - ND): Minot State has both a running backs and receivers grad assistant position available. The position includes a stipend of $5,000 plus tuition. Syracuse: In a radio interview last night, head coach Scott Schafer stated that offensive coordinator George McDonald will take over the receiver coaching duties with Rob Moore departing for to coach the receivers for the Buffalo Bills.
Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles have promoted Matt Lindsey to college scouting coordinator. Lindsey served as a student recruiting assistant at Alabama from 2009-2012 before joining the organization.
