Tennessee: Former Eastern Michigan director of football operations Jacob Kirkendall has joined the Tennessee staff as associate director of operations.
Eastern Michigan: Source tells FootballScoop that former Syracuse assistant director of football operations Dylan Saccone will be the new director of football operations at EMU.
