Tasked with the tall order of getting Dino Babers' Bowling Green squad, director of strength and conditioning Sean Edinger has the summer to get the players ready for a new #FalconFast brand of football. Having players gassed early on during fall camp as Babers and his staff try to install the offense isn't an option.

"Fatigue makes cowards of everybody. We can't fear running, we can't fear being tired, and understand that's all a process."

According to Edinger, the winter and summer program has been concentrated on making everyone on the field better overall athletes. Lineman no longer do just lineman agility work, and the same goes for defensive backs, receivers, and every other position imaginable across the board.

"So we're increasing our ability to run, we're increasing our ability to have repeat speed, or speed endurance, and we're increasing our strength."

All that will be valuable in the first few weeks of the season with non conference games scheduled against Indiana and Wisconsin, and tough road conference games against Ohio and Toledo. Hear more from coach Edinger on their approach below.
