Springdale (AR): Head coach Shane Patrick has been reassigned within the school district.
Rockford Jefferson (IL): Patrick Babcock has stepped down from the head coaching position in an effort to spend more time with his family.
East Carter (KY): Head coach Zack Carter has stepped away after four seasons on the job.
Brentwood (TN): Per source, the head coaching job is open.
Niwot (CO): Josh Brewer has resigned from the head coaching job after three seasons.

Cardinal O'Hara (PA): Chattanooga (FCS - TN) cornerbacks coach B.J. Hogan has accepted the head job at Cardinal O'Hara, the school has announced. A 2001 O'Hara grad, Hogan will fly to Philadelphia on Monday to introduce himself the players and staff members. The Mocs, currently 7-3 and in first place at 6-0 in the SoCon, conclude the regular season on Nov. 22.
