With just under three minutes to go last night and up 41-38, Texas Tech just had to run the clock out to leave Austin with a win for the first time since 1997. Texas had two timeouts remaining so for most play callers, that means just dialing up some conservative run plays.
Well Kliff Kingsbury isn't like most play callers.
Instead, Kingsbury dialed up one of the most exciting trick plays of the year - a fake kneel that went for a 40-yard touchdown to make it a two possession game.
You may be asking yourselves how you pull off a fake kneel...

Kliff said the play was called one thing, while his players say it was named another...either way, it was a nice little wrinkle that put the game out of reach for the Red Raiders.
