FAU: Jim Leavitt has been formally announced as the team's defensive coordinator.
Notre Dame College (D-II - OH): Following the departure of Mike Jacobs for Lenoir-Rhyne, Notre Dame has elevated offensive coordinator / assistant head coach Mickey Mental to the head coaching job. Mental has worked his way up the ladder with three different head coaches at NDC from graduate assistant, to recruiting coordinator, to offensive coordinator, before adding the assistant head coach title in 2016.
Rochester Community and Technical College (JC - MN): After serving as the defensive backs coach / special teams coordinator this past season, Austin Jones has been elevated to defensive coordinator, per source.
Lenoir Rhyne (D-II - NC): Notre Dame College (D-II - OH) head coach Mike Jacobs has been named head coach. Jacobs led NDC to a 12-2 season this past year.
Texas: Tom Herman is targeting an Ohio State coordinator for his offensive coordinator opening, according to a report.
Washington: Offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Bush Hamdan and tight ends coach Jordan Paopao will not be retained, new head coach Jimmy Lake has announced.
USF: The program has announced the addition of Glenn Spencer as defensive coordinator / linebackers coach. Spencer led the FAU defense last season, where they led the country in takeaways. Xavier Dye has also now been announced as the team's new receivers coach.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Ian Rapoport shares that, depending on how the next two weeks go, there is a good change that both GM David Caldwell and head coach Doug Marrone return for the 2020 season. Last week, the Jags decided to let go executive vice president Tom Coughlin.
Greg Roman: Multiple teams will seek to interview Ravens offensive coordinator Greg Roman, as he has emerged as a "serious head coaching candidate in multiple pending searches," Jason La Canfora reports.
Mercer (FCS - GA): The staff has officially added Jimmy Long (DL / run game coordinator), La'Donte Harris (WRs / offensive recruiting coordinator), and Mike Adams (safeties / pass game coordinator), and David Cole (associate head coach / corners / special teams coach). They join assistants Joel Taylor and Tim Foster, who were announced last week.
LA Rams: Ian Rapoport shares that there is expected to be a staff shakeup on Sean McVay's staff, that may include veteran defensive coordinator Wade Phillips.
