Temple: Toledo cornerbacks coach Cory Robinson has accepted the same job at Temple, sources tell FootballScoop.

Oregon: Washington State defensive line coach Joe Salave'a will be the new defensive line coach at Oregon source tells FootballScoop.

Temple: Source tells FootballScoop Tony Lucas from Delaware will coach running backs at Temple. Chris Wiesehan will coach offensive line we are told.

Minnesota Vikings: Quarterbacks coach Scott Turner will not return, according to Alex Marvez.

North Texas: Running backs coach/special teams coordinator Tommy Perry will not return to the staff.

Notre Dame: Wake Forest linebackers coach Clark Lea is expected to join the Notre Dame staff in the same role reports Pete Thamel.

Notre Dame: New offensive coordinator Chip Long will call plays in 2017, Brian Kelly announced Monday.

Ohio State: The Buckeyes have hired Ryan Crow, a graduate assistant under Urban Meyer at Florida, as assistant linebackers coach according to Eleven Warriors.

Air Force: Troy Calhoun has signed a 1-year extension, keeping him with the Falcons through 2021.

San Diego Chargers: The Chargers interviewed Bills interim head coach Anthony Lynn today and will interview Lions defensive coordinator Teryl Austin tomorrow, per Ian Rapoport.

College Football Hall of Fame: Steve Spurrier, former Clemson and Arkansas head coach Danny Ford and Mount Union's Larry Kehres were coaches' selections to the College Football Hall of Fame's 2017 class, announced today by the National Football Foundation.

Washington Redskins: Former Browns head coach Mike Pettine interviewed for the Redskins' defensive coordinator spot today.

Iowa: Brian Ferentz has been announced as offensive coordinator. He previously served as the Hawkeyes' offensive line coach and run game coordinator.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Interim head coach Doug Marone has been named head coach, while Tom Coughlin has been named executive VP of football operations and general manager Dave Caldwell has received a 2-year contract extension. Read more here.

Temple: Taver Johnson will be Temple's new defensive coordinator sources tell FootballScoop. Philly.com first reported the hire. Johnson spent the past three seasons coaching defensive backs at Purdue.

Minnesota: Arkansas defensive coordinator Robb Smith will join PJ Fleck's staff at Minnesota in the same capacity reports ESPN's Adam Rittenberg. Smith had been expected to accept the same role at Wake Forest.

Elon: Offensive line coach Damian Wroblewski and tight ends coach / recruiting coordinator Chris Reisert have been retained source tells FootballScoop.

UConn: Source tells FootballScoop former Maryland, Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami and UConn running backs coach Terry Richardson is expected to join Randy Edsall's staff at UConn.

New Mexico Highlands: Source tells FootballScoop former Bryant University head coach Marty Fine will be the new head coach at New Mexico Highlands.

NFL: Coaches on teams from wild-card winners can be interviewed beginning this week. The window for interviewing candidates opens again after conference title games and during that time, only coaches who previously interviewed can interview a second time.

Cleveland Browns: The Browns will retain only one or two defensive assistants, according to Alex Marvez.

Los Angeles Rams: The Rams have received permission to interview Houston Texans linebackers coach Mike Vrabel for their head job, according to Albert Breer of the MMQB.

Ohio State: Per source, Baldwin Wallace (D-III - OH) offensive coordinator Ryan Crow is joining the staff as a defensive graduate assistant.

Western State (D-II - CO): Western State is seeking applicants for the position of offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach. This is a full-time, 12 month position with benefits. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): recruiting specific area, assisting with practice and game planning, film breakdown, and other administrative duties assigned by the Head Coach. This position may serve as the Equipment Manager for the program. All offers of employment are contingent on successful completion of a background inquiry. Colgate (FCS - NY): Colgate has a restricted earnings position available. It is video coordinator/ assistant defensive backs. Must be proficient in DVSport and HUDL. Salary is $15k and some meals during the season. Interested candidates can send their materials to bdunlay@colgate.edu.

Reedley College (JC - CA): We understand that Reedley has posted their head coaching position.

Wayne State College (D-II - NE): Wayne State College located in Wayne, Nebraska has an immediate opening for one Offensive Graduate Assistant coach. The Graduate Assistant’s primary coaching responsibilities will be working with the quarterbacks. Previous experience is required. The position requires a highly motivated person to assist with the implementation of practices, evaluation of prospective student athletes, off and on campus recruiting, scouting opponents, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. Applicants must qualify for the State of Nebraska defensive driving certificate. Graduate Assistantships are granted based on acceptance into Graduate School at Wayne State College. This is a 10 month reporting position with a $500.00 stipend per month ($5000.00 total) and tuition waiver for the academic year.
