Oklahoma State: Source tells FootballScoop San Diego State football admin specialist Patsy Armstrong is set to join Mike Gundy's staff as director of on-campus recruiting. Armstrong was in her fifth year working with Rocky Long's staff. From her bio there: In her role, Armstrong provides executive-level administrative leadership and professional support for head football coach Rocky Long and his staff. She is also responsible for the daily internal operations and serves as the team liaison for student-athletes, human resources, development, marketing and NFL personnel. Armstrong oversees the analytical and evaluation aspects of recruiting and operational needs.
Georgia Southern: Former player TJ Anderson is joining the staff as director of high school relations. Most recently, Anderson was serving as an assistant at the Westminster Schools in Atlanta.

TCU: Defensive analyst Jeremy Modkins will be promoted to cornerbacks coach, sources tell FootballScoop. He will be the Frogs' 10th assistant.
Pitt: Archie Collins, the defensive passing game coordinator / secondary coach at Central Michigan, has joined Pat Narduzzi's staff as the 10th assistant, the program has announced. His specific role will be announced at a later date.

Mississippi State: Sources tell FootballScoop that Gannon (D-II - PA) offensive line coach Jack Abercrombie has accepted an offensive graduate assistant job on Joe Moorhead's staff.
Incarnate Word (FCS - TX): Per source, former Incarnate Word (FCS - TX) special teams coordinator / defensive line coach Polo Gutierrez has accepted the head coaching job at Texas Military Institute Episcopal HS (TX). Gutierrez also previously coached the running backs at UTSA under Larry Coker.
Lindenwood-Belleville (NAIA - IL): Lindenwood-Belleville is looking to hire a graduate assistant to work with running backs and strength and conditioning. Please send all resumes to lynxjobopening@gmail.com.
Marshall: Tim Cramsey has been formally announced as the new offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach, and the promotion of linebackers coach Adam Fuller to defensive coordinator are now official. Fuller will now work with the secondary. Head coach Doc Holliday has also announced the following; co-offensive coordinator Todd Goebbel will move from quarterbacks to tight ends, defensive analyst Mike Treier will keep his title of recruiting coordinator and will also help coach the secondary, and James Madison (FCS - VA) linebackers coach Byron Thweatt has joined the staff and will coach the Herd's linebackers.
VMI (FCS): Seth C. Payne is the new defensive line coach at VMI, per source. Payne was previously an assistant defensive line coach at Wake Forest.
Tennessee Titans: The organization has formally announced the additions of secondary coach Kerry Coombs, special teams coordinator Craig Aukerman, wide receivers coach Rob Moore, quarterbacks coach Pat O'Hara, outside linebackers coach Shane Bowen, and inside linebackers coach Tyrone McKenzie. Also, tight ends coach Arthur Smith is being retained in the same role.
Idaho State (FCS): Roman Sapolu has been hired to coach the offensive line, per a report. Sapolu spent the past two seasons as a graduate assistant at Nebraska, and he played offensive line at Oregon State before a career-ending injury.
Tennessee Titans: Mike Vrabel has promoted assistant special teams coach Craig Aukerman to special teams coordinator, Paul Kuharsky tweets. Kuharsky adds that Arthur Smith has been retained as tight ends coach.
Georgetown University (FCS - Washington, DC): Patrick Murphy, who previously served as the run game coordinator / running backs coach / slot receivers coach at Tufts (D-III - MA), is now working as the offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach at Georgetown. Murphy previously served as the head coach at St. Anselm (D-II - NH) from 2008-2015.
Charleston Southern (FCS): Brad Robbins, who spent the last five seasons at VMI (FCS) coaching the wide receivers, has been named wide receivers coach on Mark Tucker's staff.

Lane College (D-II - TN): Lane College is looking to hire an offensive coordinator. This is a full time position with benefits. FAU: The addition of Charlie Weis as the team's offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach has now been formally announced.
Lincoln (D-II - PA): Campbellsville University (NAIA - KY) defensive line coach Josh Dean has been named head coach. Prior to joining the Campbellsville staff, Dean was the head coach at Kentucky State (D-II) for three seasons, compiling an 11-19 record. Before becoming a coach, Dean played linebacker for the Chicago Bears for two seasons after being signed as a free agent.
Kentucky Christian (NAIA - KY): Kentucky Christian University has an immediate opening for a Restricted Earnings Position coaching Wide Receivers. Applicants must have strong Christian faith and work within Kentucky Christian University’s Christian mission. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, film breakdown, data entry, assisting with special teams, recruiting, running position meetings, assisting with game preparation, and any other duties assigned by the head coach. Dakota State (NAIA - SD): Ryan Conrad has joined the staff as defensive backs coach and will also serve as an assistant track coach, per source. Conrad spent last season as a defensive graduate assistant at Black Hills State (D-II - SD).
Bemidji State (D-II - MN): Bemidji State University is seeking a defensive line assistant coach in a restricted earnings role. Previous playing or coaching experience with the defensive line is preferred. This role is compensated with a $10,000 salary plus camp earnings. Minorities are encouraged to apply. Sacramento State (FCS - CA): Per source, JB Hall has joined the staff. Hall previously coached the defensive backs at Montana.

Transfers: A new proposal would allow every player on the roster to transfer & play immediately if a college makes a head coaching change.
Seattle Seahawks: Jethro Franklin will join the staff as assistant defensive line coach, according to Alex Marvez. Franklin played for the Seahawks in 1989 and spent the past three seasons with the Oakland Raiders.
Michigan State: Chris Solari reports that MSU deputy athletic director Greg Ianni is expected to be named the interim athletic director.
Nebraska: Two players were hospitalized with rhabdo. Scott Frost words & actions thereafter are telling.
Appalachian State: Per source, DJ Smith will coach the outside linebackers, Greg Gasparato (who was previously announced as a defensive assistant) will coach the safeties, and Nick Cardwell is joining the staff as the 10th assistant. Cardwell previously worked as a quality control coach working with the App State tight ends.
Carson-Newman (D-II - TN): Kevin McKeethan has been named quarterbacks coach for the Ealges, per source. McKeethan spent the 2017 season as a special teams quality control coach at Tennessee and prior to that served as the wide receivers coach at New Mexico State for five seasons.
DuPage (JC - IL): Matt Moriarty, who spent last season as the assistant defensive line coach at Louisiana College (D-III), has been hired as the defensive line coach at DuPage.

Tennessee Titans: Alex Marvez tweets that former Dolphins and Raiders defensive line coach Terrell Williams has been hired to coach the Titans defensive line. We can confirm the hire.
Weber State (FCS - UT): Dave Schramm, the former offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Fresno State from 2012-15, has been hired as the program's new offensive coordinator.
