Denver: 49ers quarterbacks coach Rich Scangarello is expected to be the new offensive coordinator for the Broncos per Tom Pelissero and Mike Klis.
Alabama: Defensive coordinator Tosh Lupoi has interviewed with the Cleveland Browns tweets Matt Zenitz who covers Alabama. Zenitz adds that several sources expect him to wind up in Cleveland. FootballScoop has heard that multiple other college programs have discussed hiring Tosh over the past few weeks. Stay tuned.... And..... Tosh is headed to Cleveland to coach the defensive line now per multliple reports.
Maryland: Sources tell FootballScoop Mike Locksley has offered his defensive coordinator job to an SEC assistant.

Michigan: Sources tell FootballScoop that Arizona State defensive line coach Shaun Nua is joining the Wolverines staff as defensive line coach.
Tampa Bay Bucs: The Bucs have now announced the addition of the following coaches (many of which we've reported on already); Tim Atkins (defensive QC), Chris Boniol (specialists), Mike Caldwell (ILBs), Mike Chiurco (assistant to the HC), Clyde Christensen (QBs), Rick Christophel (TEs), Larry Foote (OLBs), Kevin Garver (WRs), Joe Gilbert (OL), Cody Grimm (defensive / special teams assistant), Amos Jones (assistant special teams coach), Byron Leftwich (OC), Todd McNair (RBs), Atwaan Randle El (offensive assistant), Nick Rapone (safeties), Kacy Rodgers (DL), Kevin Ross (corners), John Van Dam (offensive QC). The Bucs release notes that Leftwich will call the offensive plays on game day.
Austin Peay (FCS - TN): Eddy Morrissey has been formally announced as offensive line coach / run game coordinator. Morrissey spent last season in an offensive quality control / assistant offensive line role at Mississippi State.
Cincinnati Bengals: Zac Taylor is interested in landing Redskins offensive line coach Bill Callahan as his offensive line coach, Jason La Canfora tweets.
Pittsburgh Steelers: The Steelers are expected to hire NC State tight ends / fullbacks coach and special teams coordinator Eddie Faulkner as their new running backs coach, Ian Rapoport tweets.
Brevard (D-III - NC): Source tells FootballScoop that following the departure of defensive coordinator Kurt Gouveia, head coach Bill Khayat has elevated co-special teams coordinator / corners coach Luke Jaicks to the defensive coordinator position. Jaicks will continue to coach the corners we understand. In addition, co-special teams coordinator / safeties coach Jeron Gouveia will now add special teams coordinator duties and assistant linebackers coach Randy Finley has been elevated to linebackers coach.
Dakota Wesleyan (NAIA): Sources tell FootballScoop that quarterbacks / wide receivers coach Matt Kloss will not be returning to the staff.
Concordia (D-III - Moorhead, MN): Concordia College, located in Moorhead, Minnesota has two (2) offensive restricted earnings positions available on staff. Bachelor’s degree required. 9K per year with some meals included. No housing or benefits. Will coach own position group, assist offensive coordinator with breakdowns and game plan, have own recruiting territory, and other duties as assigned by head coach or administration. Experience as collegiate player preferred. Best candidates available regardless of position. Tentative dates of employment: Feb 15th 2019 - January 31st2020. Wingate (D-II - NC): Dillon Tucker has been promoted from graduate assistant to full-time tight ends and fullbacks coach, per source.
Detroit Lions: Former Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell has been hired as the Lions new offensive coordinator.
Cleveland Browns: The Browns have hired former Cardinals defensive coordinator Al Holcomb as linebackers coach / run game coordinator, per multiple reports
Washington: Source tells FootballScoop barring an unexpected snag, Washington plans to hire Junior Adams to fill the receivers role vacated by Matt Lubick. Adams, who served as offensive coordinator at Western Kentucky last season, and who had just been hired at App State about 10 days ago, has three years coaching experience at Boise State, five years at Eastern Washington and played at Oregon State and Montana State so he's familiar with the lay of the land in the Pacific Northwest.
Alabama: Sources at Maryland tell FootballScoop Butch Jones plans to remain at Alabama. The former Tennessee head coach spent this past season as an analyst for Nick Saban.
Fort Lewis (D-II - CO): Associate head coach Brandon Crosby, who joined the staff in February of last year as offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach, has been named interim head coach of the program. Crosby steps into the role vacated by Joe Morris, who left to become the defensive coordinator at West Texas (D-II). Also, former Fort Lewis head coach Ed Rifilato is joining the staff as defensive coordinator. Rifilato spent last season on the staff at Dixie State (D-II - UT), and has spent two stints as the head coach at Fort Lewis.
NY Jets: Gregg Williams has officially been announced as defensive coordinator, and the team has announced that Brant Boyer has been retained as special teams coordinator.
Delta State (D-II - MS): Geoff Terry, who previously served as the corners coach at Wingate (D-II - NC), has accepted the defensive backs job, per source.
Rocky Mountain (NAIA): Montana State (FCS) graduate assistant Joe Dunning has taken the defensive coordinator job at Rocky Mountain College, per source.
North Dakota State (FCS): University of Jamestown (NAIA - ND) head coach Josh Kittell will join Matt Entz' staff as recruiting coordinator sources tell FootballScoop. After serving as offensive coordinator at Jamestown for the 2014 season, Kittell went to NDSU as an offensive quality control for the 2015 season. He returned to Jamestown in December 2015 as head coach.
Texas College (NAIA): Texas College, located in Tyler, TX is looking to fill 4 intern positions. We are looking for 2 offensive and 2 defensive coaches. Arizona Cardinals: The Cardinals interviewed longtime NFL assistant Tom Clements for their offensive coordinator job yesterday, Tom Pelissero tweets. Clements has worked with quarterbacks at Notre Dame, and in the NFL with the Saints, Chiefs, Steelers, and Packers and served as offensive coordinator with the Bills and Packers.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Shaun Sarrett, who served as the team's assistant offensive line coach last season, has been promoted to offensive line coach. He steps in for Mike Munchak who left for the same position with the Broncos.
Troy: Akron defensive line coach Davern Williams, who spent last season coaching the defensive line at UT-Chattanooga (FCS), is expected to become the new defensive line coach at Troy, Bruce Feldman tweets.
Kansas State: Monday we reported that the Bears were interested in hiring new Kansas State defensive coordinator Ted Monachino. Today, GoPowercat is confirming he is leaving K-State to join the Bears' staff.
Arkansas State: No coach has more on their plate this off-season than Blake Anderson...
Alabama: Former Panthers wide receivers coach Lance Taylor interviewed for the Tide's vacant receivers coach position and is a "strong candidate" to land the job, per BamaInsider.
