LSU: LSU has now made it official. Joe Alleva is no longer director of athletics. Billy Liucci was among the first to report the deal.

LSU: Per report, athletic director Joe Alleva is expected to step down.

Westminster (D-III - MO): Westminster College Missouri has an immediate defensive line intern position available. To be considered for this position you must have a college degree and playing or coaching experience. This is a non-exempt position that pays $300.00 per month for 10 months (Aug 1st - May 31st) and provides a place to live at no expense. No benefits are provided. This is an entry level position and the ideal candidate is a recent college graduate, energetic, and passionate about pursuing a career in coaching at the college level. Must be willing to dedicate significant time and travel towards recruiting. Assisting with Special Teams is an additional responsibility. Vanderbilt: Ensworth HS (TN) head coach Jeremy Garrett has resigned after one season leading the program to join the Vanderbilt coaching staff. Esnworth played his college ball in the SEC at Ole Miss, and previously served as an assistant coach at Southaven HS (MS).

Carleton College (D-III - MN): Carleton College is seeking a Defensive Coordinator, Assistant Football coach at its highly selective liberal arts college. This position will oversee and coordinate all operations of defense, manage all football equipment operations, coordinate one of the four special teams, and recruit and manage recruiting territory. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, four years of college recruiting/coaching experience, and experience with recruiting database management. Masters of Sports Administration: Upper Iowa’s MSA degree provides learners with the current theories, concepts, and learning models necessary to assume administrative, coaching and leadership roles in high school, higher education and sports business settings. The online degree is available with emphasis in Sports Management or Coaching & Leadership Eduction.

Olivet Nazarene (NAIA – IL): Olivet Nazarene University is seeking applicants for a graduate assistant on Defense. Positions are flexible, preference will be given to experience with DB’s. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of strategy, successful recruiting ability, strong leadership, social media expertise, video editing, and communication skills. Photoshop expertise desired. Applicants must have a strong Christian faith and work within Olivet Nazarene’s Christian mission. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, coaching a position, recruiting, academic & spiritual growth of players, and coordinating social media efforts.
