Michigan: Jim Harbaugh confirmed a couple of staff moves yesterday including trusted confidant Jim Minick leaving the staff (Harbaugh notes he plans to accept a job with the military) and also that Biff Poggi is leaving (it is being reported he will be the new head coach at St. Frances Academy in Baltimore).
Carolina Panthers: Former FIU head coach Ron Turner has joined the Panthers staff as a consultant.
