Hurricane Florence: South Carolina and Akron have scheduled a Dec. 1 game at South Carolina to replace games cancelled by Hurricane Florence.
Albion (D-III - MI): Albion College is looking to hire a defensive coordinator. This is a full-time 10-month administrative position with employment beginning as soon as possible. Bachelor's required. Master's preferred. 3-5 years of experience coaching at the Varsity level or higher, experience in recruiting, and knowledge of Division III rules and regulations preferred. UConn: A Superior Court Judge has ruled that UConn did not violate state ethics codes when Corey Edsall joined his father's staff to coach the tight ends, according the Hartford Courant. “The court concludes further that the board’s decision that prohibits Corey Edsall from being employed by the university as one of his father’s assistance was characterized by an abuse of discretion and is clearly erroneous in view of the reliable, probative, and substantial evidence on the whole record,” Judge Joseph Shortall ruled.
